- I am finally opening my brewery back up after a 6 week hiatus. if you watched the video about dumping beer, I had to close down to re-brew all of my batches and prepare to re-open. It took much longer than I would have liked but I'm back at it!

Tanglefoot Brewing is a small Czech lager focused brewery in Temple, TX. In 2021 the brewery opened in the back of my family's BBQ restaurant that had been operating for 53 years. The restaurant has since closed and Tanglefoot has now taken over the entire space. This RUclips channel was started to document the process of opening, running and growing a small craft brewery.

Wow...that has to be so heartbreaking to happen. Glad that you got so much support and love to keep you all alive down there. This situation reminds me of when Covid hit. Off Square was closed but not for too long. We did take out food, online orders for beer and food. The love of the community really kept us above water during that tough time. So many other breweries in the area did not survive. Best of luck to you! Cheers
OH, and I will be passing through in March on my way to my brother's wedding in Austin. I'd love to pop by! I can bring some beer from IN down and bring some back up with me!

What happened with your yeast? As a brewer, I am curious how it could shut you down. Nice to see you're back on track. 🍻
I talk about it more in depth in the "I Dumped All My Beer" video. But basically, got a wild yeast contamination that grew over several batches and I chose to dump it all. 🍻
