Comment below if you would live in this mountainside MEGA MANSION! A bit different from the usual property tour, while out in Aspen I got the opportunity to check out one of the most unique and expensive homes in the area! HUGE Thanks to my buddy Hank Carter for setting this all up, check out all his info in the description!
I absolutely love houses like this one. Most of the expensive house tours you do don’t really feel like a home, they feel like something you buy just to feel special. This house, however, feels like somewhere that I would love to live, it’s big but not too big and it just feels like a home, it’s just sooo cozy 😊
I grew up around here and always noticed this place in the background of XGames events. I always imagine how good it’d be to watch from there rather than the freezing cold slopes - cool to finally see inside after 20 or so years. Thanks for posting and bringing back some nostalgia of my home valley!
Nobody’s ever going to buy this house. The airport is next-door. When I say next-door, I mean right next-door it’s probably in the crash zone. This will always be a rental.
Yes! Especially since there is nothing on those shelves, seems quite suspect. And the camera above isn't to monitor the wine cellar, it's to see who's accessing the secret room :)
Nobody’s ever going to buy this house. The airport is next-door. When I say next-door, I mean right next-door it’s probably in the crash zone. This will always be a rental.
I lived in Vail for a while. There was a house right downtown that belonged to a Prince, and there was a stream going through the middle of the house. They built it around it, so this guy had an inside room with basically a river going through it. Pretty badass.
Yo this place is so perfect for everyone. As a person who likes to travel, to have a place like this where you can sit and relax, or go skiing is pretty awesome .
Aspen is beautiful in any season. As a child we stayed in one of the ski resorts in Snowmass, probably around 1972 or so and it was wonderful back then. Hiked up to Maroon Bells and toured something like a castle. Out of my price range now. I already live in Texas, I would take the money. I love the art work, I have the one in the study, a reproduction of course, it’s Caravaggio.
I love and appreciate how much work you put into your craft. Your professionalism and attention to the care of telling the story of each home is truly amazing and I thank you for sharing them with us.
I would definitely love to live in this !! I have a large family that would fit right into this. I love how you show places with detail. Thank you so much. You’ve really made my day. I’m watching this at 8:15 in the am from Houston Texas. Thanks for sharing and have a blessed day darling 🙏🏽🍂🌾👌🏾happy fall
Killer house, I would love to see more Colorado homes that have such an outdoors feeling. Preferably not 30mil homes though, maybe a 400k home or something more affordable for the mass majority of the viewers! Thanks!
@@leonardtarver149 Nor heated ceilings/roofs for that price... you would think these were included...personally, if I owned it, I would have put in heated driveways and roofs...so the snow wouldn't cause any damage to the latter and the former wouldn't be slippery...that is one heck of a mansion I wish I could own....perhaps in the next life? 😊😁
The house is beautiful and the artwork is amazing but living there I would be lost for days :) but it would be fun trying to remember which way to go to get out
What's being a European got to do with it? I think people just like to preface every sentence with the phrase "as a" these days and as a black a-sexual time traveling dwarf that irritates me.
I agree as a Canadian . It is disrespectful to wear your shoes inside a home, many people provide slippers. Only on special occasions with the host’s permission does one wear their shoes.
Oh gosh i am so loving you Erik. I am a dog lover and you are so adotable and proud furDad to Theo. Btw, the first time i got to your chanel was your Lapland Finland vid and can't stop watching you since. Thanks for all the tours. Much love, from the Philippines 🐕🦺❤❤
UPDATE (Feb 2023) it never sold. What Erik failed to mention is the airport is next door to this house. Most likely this house is in the crash zone. No one is silly enough to buy this house. It’ll always be a rental.
Eric, I feel the proximity of this home is a steal for 30 million but I would definitely have to change a lot of the Decour! Thank you so much for the tour!
I'd take the 1.3 mill and use it to buy my first quadroplex, fix it up a bit, wait till I start making profit from renting it out, then after a year buy my next one and let the snowball affect start rolling haha
Hello Erik ! Could you put the metric equivalents in a subtitles style whenever you say a measurement ? It would hugely help your followers from outside the US ! Thank you so much, keep up the good work !
What a house! The collection of art and weaponry was equally impressive. The chefs kitchen is better than the actual kitchen as it’s not as showy. There was something behind the picture in the master, was it a Tv?
I LOVE that Austin home! I entered and am crossing my fingers! It would be an absolute dream! I would take the 1.4 million and start a charity for single mothers so that they can have an outlet of support! My mother was a single mother growing up so I always imagined giving back if I had the opportunity. Would be awesome. Thanks as always for the content!

I watched a lot of his videos and went “30mil isn’t that bad for what the house has, quite affordable”
I love how these homes have become so normalized.

Exactly what I thought. I've seen too many to not recognise one when I see one
I watch your videos
@@abhayprasad9580 thank you!
Do to the amount of collectable guns displayed later on in the vid, I'd assume it's either a gun room or a safe room.
Yes! Especially since there is nothing on those shelves, seems quite suspect. And the camera above isn't to monitor the wine cellar, it's to see who's accessing the secret room :)
I will lose an earring here and not find it until a year later 😂
IKR! lol
haha
if you lived there, you'd be better off just buying another pair anyway
@@hichamkhamlichi6987 If you could afford to live there, you could buy as many pairs of earring as you wanted! lol
@@hichamkhamlichi6987 truth haha
The family who will buy this will only use this for Christmas.
used to work in Telluride (can't afford to live there) so many mega mansions sitting empty except for one week at xmas
That would be my situation. I would rent it out the rest of the year and that would be my income.
@@melindamorrison1 ew gross people are gonna be fugging all over your place

Just let that sink in , imagine spending that much money and you only get to use it for Christmas
This is your best house tour by far. I enjoyed the unscripted part of it much more then the usual scripted tours.
Same I'm feeling raw walk throughs
Definitely
Good call losing the corny three piece suit.

This house gave me "haunted house from an old Scooby Doo cartoon" vibes.
Omg your right with the knight 😍
Right I was thinking the same thing. I kept waiting on a spool or monster to jump out.
….and he’d gotten away with it too, if it wasn’t for those darn kids.
"...and I'd have gotten away with it if it wasn't for you meddling kids!"
I love the cabin tours the most, honestly. And I think you're a great and calming tour guide. I would love to see some homes in Alaska.
Oooh that's a great idea. Maybe Canada as well.😚
I am SO SPEECHLESS!!!! I see a lot of homes around the world and I have NEVER seen a home like this!!!! Truly a masterpiece!
I love the Theo clips in your videos!!! He is just sooooo sweet!!!! 😍
