The biggest feature of this luxury home should be the beautiful scenery nearby and the sense of tranquility it brings! The hidden bar is cute, convenient and inviting! That egg chair is stylish and comfortable, and the color makes people feel warm! My favorite place is that cute pond, where I can row boat in spring and summer, thank you very much for sharing! 👍🥰🙏

I love when you take the opportunity to incorporate more of the details. I know that it is a balancing act to not include too much info that causes people not to watch the video all of the way through, but there are lots of RUclips channel that pretend to do what you do by just panning a camera around the rooms. Your channel sometimes takes us deeper with more detailed explanations, the architect's perspective, construction considerations, etc. Amazing.
What happened to the subtitles in Spanish? It would be nice if there were subtitles in Castilian (Spanish from Spain), not only in Spanish from Latin America. There are many words that have different meanings between the Spanish of Spain and Latin America.
I lived in Banff a very long time ago. Every Home I was Ever in had this Incredible Vibe. The Mountains allow you to live You to your fullest. All design styles work together when you have Mountains as your backdrop. Thank you guys. Wicked editing in this one. Love from Canada
I love courtyards that are in the middle of properties like this! The amount of time I'd spend relaxing there, while also contemplating how I could afford a place like this would be something else. Another beautiful home! The snow in my neck of the woods is almost gone, so it's nice to see a snowy house today. Ramadan Mubarak everyone.
The inside of these mountain homes normally feel very wintery to mimic the outside, with giant fireplaces, plush rugs etc, but this one feels really different. It feels summery inside, which is honestly really refreshing and a nice contrast.
You two are amazing! I gotta say the transfer from the shot in the second-floor tower bedroom to the third-story primary suite with Enes disappearing and repeating was fabulous.
I really enjoyed the in-depth details of the design features & why they chose them. Very unique mountain home. Beautiful views. I lived in Colorado for 18 years and never got tired of the mountains.

Finally a mansion that feels warm, like a home someone actually would live in and not just like another one of those cold, lifeless art gallery mansions that gives the feel that they only are used for shows/parties and nothing else and will remain empty when theres none of that going on there. I watched a few other channels touring the elite like you guys do but honestly couldn’t watch those others longer than a min! They just don’t do a quarter the job you guys do! Not only are you good at what you do but just so entertaining, I just can’t stop watching! Yes, I think I’m hooked!!! lol
The ambiance the dusk shots give the properties are truly breathtaking. The detail and quality of the videography, encaptures the viewer, into what it would feel like being there in person. This house is exquisite and rustic, all put in a exotic way. Quite different of all houses we're used to see in this channel. I like the square corridor that connects the spaces, and of course the views! From an architectural perspective the tower doesn’t jive with the rest of the building (proportions are wrong) and the interior design is disjointed and awkward, in my opinion. Great presentation and editing!

This does not look like a 45Mill mansion to me, I guess the cost is all in the land. Also why on earth would anyone want a pond in front of their house? that's a mystery to me. All the credit goes to Enes for his great presentation and conversational skills.

Kudos to Enes for doing his best to talk up probably the most boring home in Colorado. You're definitely paying for the land because this would be a tear down on day one.
Not a fan of box/modern houses. As mentioned in the video, a lot of the touches are nice, but it looks they plopped down a generic modern home in the middle of Colorado. Compared to most of the cabin-style homes in the area, the design and layout of this property is pretty lifeless. I just don't find modern mansions with white walls and minimalist details that intriguing.
I was surprised by the kitchen - small range for the # of bedrooms/amount of room for entertaining and very monochromatic (makes me wonder if the developer doesn't cook or doesn't think the buyers will enjoy cooking for themselves or their family). Also, was surprised by the 3 story tower - it didn't blend in with the rest of the home - I know the price is based on how much land is included with the home but just expect a brand-new build to have a more harmonious layout- the tower looks like a stranger late addition.
I agree! This house is the worst designed that Enes has covered. The largest bathtub in the shower area??? And the interior furniture colors! Enes has covered such great properties. WTF is happening?
I couldn't agree more. One of the worst designed homes I have ever seen Enes tour esp considering the enormous price tag of 45M. This house was first listed for sale as far back as 2015 and was pulled and re-listed multiple times since then. It was priced at 29M in 2018. Enes was called in for help with the latest push to unload the place.

Awesome house! I noticed you use the word "valued" when referring to pricing. It looks like they might have added the surrounding acreage because the original release in the last two years was $29-33 million. I like the '70s theme but the house is very compartmentalized. I think this would work as a rental compound but not as a residence.
Property is beautiful, but it is way overpriced. I understand this is near Vail, but still 45 million in any Appalachian mountain home would get you at least 30,000 sq. ft. plus 30 acres.
Great video Enes! You are right about the pool table having pockets and the billiards table not having pockets. The larger table that Mike mentioned, is called a Snooker table also identified by the bumpers having rounded corners leading to the pockets.
So for $45. million you need to take laundry by stairs down 4 floors to the basement? At a price tag of 45 million put in an elevator. People who have the money to buy this will not be climbing 2 to 3 flights of stairs.

Courtyards are typical of Mediterranean and warm climate houses. Not even close to being appropriate for a mountain house.

I was surprised by the kitchen - small range for the # of bedrooms/amount of room for entertaining and very monochromatic (makes me wonder if the developer doesn't cook or doesn't think the buyers will enjoy cooking for themselves or their family). Also, was surprised by the 3 story tower - it didn't blend in with the rest of the home - I know the price is based on how much land is included with the home but just expect a brand-new build to have a more harmonious layout- the tower looks like a stranger late addition.
I agree! This house is the worst designed that Enes has covered. The largest bathtub in the shower area??? And the interior furniture colors! Enes has covered such great properties. WTF is happening?
I didn't see a covered garage either; maybe I missed it but if there isn't one then that's a pretty big omission.
Terrible interior. Reminds me of my poor parents home. And that is not a good sign.

I couldn't agree more. One of the worst designed homes I have ever seen Enes tour esp considering the enormous price tag of 45M. This house was first listed for sale as far back as 2015 and was pulled and re-listed multiple times since then. It was priced at 29M in 2018. Enes was called in for help with the latest push to unload the place.

I like the '70s theme but the house is very compartmentalized. I think this would work as a rental compound but not as a residence.

Enes almost broke my heart when he talked about that Steinway & Sons (NY factory) as if it was just a piece of furniture that compliments the space!
Property is beautiful, but it is way overpriced. I understand this is near Vail, but still 45 million in any Appalachian mountain home would get you at least 30,000 sq. ft. plus 30 acres.
Great video Enes! You are right about the pool table having pockets and the billiards table not having pockets. The larger table that Mike mentioned, is called a Snooker table also identified by the bumpers having rounded corners leading to the pockets.
Me personally, aint nobody making me pay 45 MILLION DOLLARS to this house, it literally costs around 2-5 mil.

At a price tag of 45 million put in an elevator. People who have the money to buy this will not be climbing 2 to 3 flights of stairs.
