  • Moving to Baltimore Maryland can be overwhelming because there are so many great areas to live in Baltimore that its tough to narrow it down to just one. Most people search on RUclips like this or google, where to live in Baltimore Maryland only to be more confused. Then they end up calling my team and I and ask me where I would live if I were moving to Baltimore Maryland. So, in this video, I am going to do my best to answer just that. I plan to discuss the different areas to live in the Baltimore Metro Area and I'll even add information as to why someone might want to live in the specific area.
If you are thinking of moving to Baltimore and want to discuss neighborhoods, new home options or when might be the right time for you to buy a home, reach out to my team and I, we would be glad to help!

Hi Adam. Would you consider Bolton hill for a young single professional?

I would encourage you to look a bit further east on the eastern side of Mount Royal Ave. The area around the University of Baltimore specifically.

Which area would you suggest for someone married with kids but wants to live only in Baltimore city not the county

If I were in that situation I would consider Locust Point.

That's tough to say with out having a conversation with you and learning more about you and what you are looking for. If you'd like, please book a Zoom call with us at calendly.com/relentlesshomegroup/zoom. I think by the end of the call you will have a few great places to check out.

Hey Natalie that is a great question. Off the top of my head I can think of two spots: 1. Columbia and 2. Crofton. With that said though It's hard making a recommendation without having a conversation with you. I would recommend booking a call with us to discuss what your needs and wants are in a home so that we can point you in the right direction. Here is the link to book a call: calendly.com/relentlesshomegroup/zoom. We'd love to connect with you.

The only thing south of Baltimore is Anne Arundel County. You're going to need a car because there is no walking to anything.
