I went through all the instructions several times when I access the folder on my E16 PRO, it is empty. HELP

The software will only show files that are in a format it can read and sew!
Go back to the file set up instructions and make sure it is complete!
if that does not fix it, I would suggest calling tech support and they can log into your computer and see what is not set up correct!
