Hi guy's Finally getting a chance to relax and watch the show. Well worth the wait and great content. Onwards and upwards for Welderfaber and fox Group. Til the next one stay safe guy's.
Love the new wheels Baz very smart, I'm loving the hour long episodes because any less just leaves me wanting to watch more . You and the director are doing an awesome job with this channel ❤❤🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
That’s a serious investment of equipment. Very impressive. Would be interested to see how these machine do and how reliable they are. Historically plant from China have had a bad reputation. But these look good. Almost looks like CAT. I’m sure the after sales from fox would be second to none.
I was the engineering manger for Group 5 pipe Saudi. We specced Liu Gong back in 2000 as pipe movement. Injectors were the biggest pain. They sent team from China and we established that Air Filter wasn't compatible with dessert dust.
Another good weekend with the boys! Baz’s bus is a cracking bit of kit!! You deserve it lad, the director smashed the recording and the editing again as always.. looking forward to the next one.
Morning Baz another great video really enjoyed seeing all the new plant and plans for the future, also liking the new company vehicle very smart, keep up the great work thanks.
Talking of working long hours, in the early 70s I worked for a couple of lads, we were in Fabrication we made anything from canal boats to dustcarts ,hoppers , army lorry backs, etc. I worked from 8-30 am to 6-00 pm Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. On Tuesday and Thursday it was 8-30am to 11-00 pm and every other Sunday for 7 hours. I had one day off as I was best man on my mates wedding and they stopped my bonus from the previous month because I had that day off. Yes they were hard task masters.
Love watching your vids Baz and Director, loving the new Defender as well, I was thinking of getting one myself, keep us up to speed with how it performs and reliability etc, looking forwards to next saturday, stay safe Paul P
HEY Baz, you're right. I was too quick to say that what I really wanted to say was to run it on the bottom of the screen at the beginning, and I did hear you say it at the end. I should have waited a little longer. I was excited to see you moving up. I have to say your content is really great, and I was in business myself for 40 years the maintenance end of a business could make the difference in making it and not making your work ethic is unreal and I always believe that it is something that is hard to instill in people, but the way you go about it is great.
Love the 90. I've just got rid of my 110 Hard top. Brilliant truck and not a single issue in 2.5 yrs. Towing a trailer every day and needing regular access to the back was a pain though. I've got an Ineos Grenadier now and they have split rear doors which open fine. Quick fix for now, you could get a jockey wheel where the bracket allows it to fold 90 degrees, so jockey wheel is parallel with A frame. Door opens full width then. Always interesting stuff going on. Keep it up Baz.👍👍
Not just time the defender will save. Bet the van takes some amount of fuel loaded with tools and a trailer on! Thanks for putting the time and the effort into your vids, great to see what’s happening
You have a good set of lads working for you give them a job and leave them to it knowing you can rely on them. These days it's hard to get lads as good as them , I hope there paid well as they would be hard to replace they obviously make your job easier.
Baz you could do with having one of those battery welders in your new wheels , with a grinder and hammer just for that odd job that pops up while you on site, be perfect for you,
have to say worked at hurt plant a good number of years and mainly been on the Hitachi (now back in the yard tempory until new job starts lol) had a liugong 909 for a few weeks defo gets thumbs up drives well smooth controls done footings dug around services load wagons levelled stone and soil pulled concrete posts done really well firms defo need to give them a try with a open mind you would be impressed
Brilliant content this week baz...well done yourself and team. Hope you dont get the same issues that Daniel at ashville has been getting with hes defender...the damage etc..good for you being more of a scania man 😉🙂.
I bet Baz ends up having nightmares about all them buckets 😂 great chronicle, as usual and they're doing a good job on that hook loader so far. Some good lads they are
With the Defender I have found the easiest way to overcome the “door “ problem is to just drop the jockey wheel down!! In 50 years I have never found an answer to that problem, either the drop tailgate hits the jockey wheel or the side opening door hits it. Even split doors don’t give good access!!
Think foxy needs to chuck a few on the ashvile/fox fleet as a good advertiser in london for them if companys hire them and get on with them Maybe a satellite sales in asvile yard haha
Hi Baz hope you have deep pockets the defender are hard on tyres and brakes great machine though my brother has long one pulling power unreal your videos are brillant best of luck with new jeep u deserve it get stig one top class lads
Cracking video!! 😍😍😍 the lads are lucky in shop to have the best kit!! The defender looks sweet well wear 👍🏻 and also congrats on reaching 26k subs!! Credit to ye both 👏🏻👏🏻
Cracking great video young man. Having owned many original Defender's, I can say that ALL those with back doors suffered from jockey wheels acting like a door stop. Series 3 Land Rover's were the last to feature the "cat flap" rear top and bottom tailgate instead of a back door. The old saying, "they don't make them like they used to" applies but performance has been prioritised over function. And with the new Defender, function seems lost in preference for fancy interior features and performance. Anyway, looking forward to the next installment!
Yeah!! Baz that bug is a killer, three of my girl(got five girls)have had it over the past few months it sure drains the energy out of you get well soon Baz and Director just when i think your at the pinnacle of filming you better them 🤗.
Another high standard informative video, Baz. Fox is really trying to push the Liugong machines, so I hope they stand the test off time. I like the new motor but thought you would have got something bigger for when you are off with the family.
If you spend a lot of time in a vehicle, it has to be one you are comfortable with, and most importantly, you love driving. Many happy miles driving buddy👍
Thanks for sharing guys, all looking pretty good. Could you make a raise and tilt mech on the trailer jockey wheel leg, just a thought? have a great weekend guys.
Always interesting and keeps things going well bit worried 😟😟working on truck body no fall from height protection ? 2 men 8 hours and diesel fit a few pails and sign £

Glad to see you have some Titan seat covers in the Landy, if they are Titan.
Even the old defenders hit on the trailer jack legs. Its a classic!
That battery welder would be superb for welding nuts onto broken studs and similar. A review would be brilliant.

I reckon you could space the jockey wheel out so it misses the back door
Or maybe a slight turn as you pull up ?
Komatsu for me. The Chinese Transits are a nightmare for parts and I could take you to a yard with over 60 of them waiting bits for months.
Exactly, poor residual values also.
Same here, 80% of our yard is komatsu
@siberg6257 As an operator, the Komatsu are decent machines to do a shift in.
Those signs are temporary in Scotland?
Surely the signs should be from tree to tree.
