Suggestion Baz: for crusher or screed cleaning, if no power wash or water is available, get a mobile drain/ sewer clean/ jetting company to attend. They have on board water tanks, and will have hand lance attachments.
Baz you & Kurt (cutting edge engineering) make my day. 40+ yrs as a digger/loader operator in Oz,working screens & crushing plants etc,if i came across a crusher being ran like that id peg the damn shovel at the operator & make him clean it. Eor lol. Keep up the cool content you & your bro 👍
The chronicles are getting better and better with each one. Last couple have been a really good watch and I feel involved and invested in what your doing and the problems your being delt.
Another great Saturday morning viewing, Baz 👌🏻 You certainly work hard 💪🏻 Those lads sat on diggers, watching you sort that crusher out should be doing it! I love how you said afterwards that you'd had 'a chat' when I'm sure it was telling off! Excellent job 👏🏻 👍🏻 keep up the awesome work. We love watching you every Saturday 😊😊
Great that your helping struggler, i watch him as well. wouldn't have electric if it was given to me, sticking with ice as long as i can. great chronicle Baz and Director keep them coming:)
Baz and the team smashing it again, who else thought the new fitter with the ginger beard was from Scotland I got it wrong it goes to show that you do not judge a book by the cover. Look forward to the next chapter 👍👍👍
Baz we used to bring trailers with a plastic water bowser & power washer mounted to it, to sites without water. It can be towed out and refilled every few days. Even a few IBCC's mounted a trailer would do in a pinch.
Another good one baz.with regards to the crusher common sense says to me riddle the material before you crush it not after.and with regards to electric vehicles motabillity scooters only👍👍👍
What another great episode baz and the lads smashing it again looking at making there own truck bodies and saving fox group money Amazing what the team do
Good morning Mr welderfabber and Director I was looking for chronicle at 4.30am might have been a bit early. Anyway other day I dropped someone near your Leyland depot it is bloody massive seeing it on camera does not justify the shear size it certainly turns your head to get full view. Another great early morning entertainment you certainly have a exciting and a buisy year ahead of u. I am working in your neck of woods now driving I might see u on the road sometime. Stay safe and well Director and Baz.
Hi Baz my take on electric vehicles is I relate them to milk floats and I have never seen so many vehicles 🔥 fires due the batteries blowing out and it’s not just cars anyway keep up the good work mate proper job son
Another jam packed chronicle with plenty to entertain everybody. Baz couldn’t that company named Lavin make that H design product to fit your machines and it would save you having to alter it.
Great Saturday morning video baz and director. Really love how welderfabber is growing with all the plans and ideas for the future this is one channel that I will always look forward to. 😊
Be kind and generous and let the Professional Struggler lead the way with electric vans. IMO get a van that costs half the price, weighs half as much and will do less damage to the roads. A vehicle that can be fuelled in one tenth of the time and has four times the range of the electric van. One that won’t burst into flames with lithium thermal runaway. You might already have it Baz, it’s called diesel. Then again you could charge the electric on the go with your welder generator. This is a very good episode, thank you all.
Great video Baz. People who hire gear and take the piss like them clowns makes my piss boil Great to see you are helping Chris out. Spot on mate. Keep the great stuff coming. Being a plant fitter myself I feel your Pain on the hire side. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Well another great episode from baz and the director and it was lucky baz u went to that site and sorted that crusher out or would of got call saying it's broken well going to web site to see how mutch welder fab jacket is keep up the good work and can't wait to next week
Maybe a small water tank in the back of the sprinter will let you have pressure washing capacity wherever you go? Squeaky Clean Dave on here has a great setup in his van.
You’d need a massive amount of water to clear that feeder pal. Carrying water and a power wash is out of the question. Weight limit on van for starters.
Another good weekend come and gone with Baz the director and the boys. Smashed it as always looking forward to seeing what else is to come in the future. Keep them coming boys
I had the pleasure of cleaning out the prescreen on a j45 once, that was the only time I'll do that job. Smart move using the jackhammer bit, made that a lot easier. Great show as always thanks for sharing!
you've just reminded me how much time crushers take up every time you go to one there's bits hanging or torn off them bearings knackered those electric vans are utter shite had one as a demo the mileage that they say they do is a total lie went quick for not very far or go slow for not much further
I think it's a good idea what you are doing. People sometimes need a little a little education. . That's nice what u have done for the struggle. Keep up the good work
Baz I don’t know how you keep your cool when you see your equipment being mistreated in this way, the Marshalls visit was very interesting , great vid can’t wait to see the outcome of your collaboration with Marshalls
On EV how will you run them in the winter and all the sites will have to install EV chargers at a great cost. I can see the EV's being the PPI disaster in the near future. Baz nice of you to selling the strugglers jacket, earnt your money on that one inspection, Did you give them the Alex hair dryer treatment to the men on the crusher?
Hi Baz. Better idea and cheaper plus defo stronger. I hope foxy pays you well for all the money you save the company. I have no doubt he appreciates your mindset and skills. 👍👍👍🏴
Wow, just found your channel. You give a good narration without feeling like you're talking to a 10 yr old. Very diversified operations. Think that I might binge and watch several past video's. I'm retired and have time on my hands. Watched the one done at the aggregate company changing out the paddle tubs lower drive bearing housings just before this one. Ya, I get white fingers also. Hurts like the dickens. Subscribed, notified, and liked. You have a new fan. Have a good day.
Another quality video baz,, If evreybody worked and taken care of plant & machinery, like you & your guys, you would put a few fitters out of work, as there would be no need for them, keep up the good work and good videos, quality entertainment,, 🤗🤗🤗
Haha, crushers. Put good stone in and get good crush out,, put shit in and if your lucky you’ll get shit out,, if your not lucky, you get nothing out. 😂😂. Keep the good vids coming.
Wow you have some patience Baz, I would have gone mental at the operator running theat crusher. It occurs to me does a hirer have to have a competent operator before they can hire your plant? Keep up the channel its growing.
Couldnt believe that site at shaw baz only a few year ago i was contracting for reality group there , hundreds if not thousands worked there at that time ,awesome content pal good plant fitters like hens teeth nowadays. 👍
another good 1 Baz & director, them on that crusher have to be daft to keep loading it like that didnt know about Marshall bodies intrested to see weight savings between the two
Hi guy's Another great episode full of new content. This time next year Chris will be a millionaire 😅. Looking forward to more collaboration on the channel. Stay safe buddy
I love watching Baz every episode is different but the same struggle with people who don't own the equipment they hire. I have recovery trucks only 3 but the struggle I have with people treating them like crap is unreal. I'd hate to imagine the vast amount of problems you have Baz. Hats off to you bud I can see you take pride in your job and equipment. It's nice to see. Also I bought a hoodie for my friend's 70th birthday he loves it top quality. He's proud to wear it to the local supermarket on his little electric scooter 😊 I might get him the new Struggler jacket as he watches Chris as well that will make his day. Keep up the good work Baz your 1 in a million. If you could give him a shout out his names Big Dell he used to be a brick layer but got arthritis in his wrists and shouldrrd so now is struggling with pain constantly. Cheers Baz ❤
Baz and the director thanks for the great videos very interested in your work. I currently work for a company that transports limestone from a quarry to a cement works we use trailers that are stas chassis and copy bodies. Built out of hardox 500. I'm also a keen welder with experience of tig mig and stick also oxy acetylene burning with quite a bit experience but also a lot of mechanical experience. Look forward to your videos really good content makes me wonder why I do what I do and not expand my experience to do something like what you do well jealous keep up the good work baz. And the director 👍
Thanks Baz for interesting content. I work as an EHS Advisor and it's good to learn how you tackle opportunities (not problems) in a relatively safe manner. Watch out for your issue with white finger and keep safe.
Baz outstanding, let's keep going down this route. It's saving you money and time. It's also a kick in the rear for those who don't know better. By the way, the video was also very good and interesting, keep them coming mate, best regards, John.
Brilliant content, might be an idea to go to site when a crusher goes on hire and train the operator properly prevention is better than cure, also get yourself a cordless power washer, fill some 5 gallon drums with water and away you go I have one its a life saver, stay safe Paul P
The crusty old welder from Essex was not far out Baz, nice Body Next time weld x2 boning bars so you can eye them through to check the faces just like when you looks a part against something that is upright. Great Channel
@@welderfabber Real good content guys, love a job like yours whereby it’s so varied and your problem solving and getting to Travel the country. Just keep doing what your doing guys and you will smash that 100k in no time.
Why not do a training session for the operators before they break the machines or put your own guy’s on, but some of them still break stuff by being complacent. Maybe if the operator had to dig them out they would take more care😂😂Also no pressure washer,no water just a problem waiting to happen.
With that link arm your adapting I would just cut the bigger eye off and shorten that down rather than the 2 eyes that then need to be perfectly aligned with each other and possibly the gap in the middle to be cut down so the ram eye can have clearance
What you've done and are doing to support the struggler is brilliant 👌
Suggestion Baz: for crusher or screed cleaning, if no power wash or water is available, get a mobile drain/ sewer clean/ jetting company to attend. They have on board water tanks, and will have hand lance attachments.
Keeping the trades alive 👍. God bless Baz, director, and crew.
cheers brad
Very kind gesture from you giving 50% of your merch profits to the Struggling Stuggler very humble Baz💪💪💪💪
He deserves it neil

How can an operator take care of the machine if it gets clogged his manager will clean it for him .
CEE Kurt makes some of the best content for the past few years. I like watching both these channels as well.
Another great video Baz. One of the best on you tube.
I had many years on crushers , I spent 12 hours unblocking once by hand. I never did it again !

Its refreshing to see a well run, honest hard working business
Baz we used to bring trailers with a plastic water bowser & power washer mounted to it, to sites without water.

Whilst the ally will be lighter, the steel body will last a lot longer (1:02:10)

Thanks, will do!
Great content as usual. Electric have there place. But the mileage and places you visit i think not.
Have you thought of a frameless tipping trailer, very light but not sure weather it would be strong enough. Another brilliant video. 👏
I love it! Of all the feeds I watch on Utube, this the one that is always different! Always something new around the corner!
