Just got mine and following your (and a few others) set up advice from previous vids, my first print of the "cube" worked out really good... looking forward to a bunch of prints this weekend... did have a couple issues understanding the firmware update but i got it. thanks for your cleaning vids and all un biased opinions... i used chitubox but gonna try lychee and see what one i prefer... did you keep all the standard settings? i did change the light power to 90% and at 3 sec exp. per layer it was fine. Thanks!
Thanks for mentioning the firmware, I have watched about 4 reviews for this printer and only @VOG mentioned the firmware update. It seems to be a necessary one to avoid resin drips on the lid after a print has completed.
Hello do you mind sharing your profile setting. Great Video and information. I plan to use lychee. I have already set the Default profile assigned for the Photon M3
What I would like to see. I could plug in my 10 inch tab into the printer and use it to control the printer. Also to store model files and transfer to printer.
hey dude, ive got a creality halot one and the cover is red, i always assumed like a filter like in an old style darkroom....is the yellow also light filtering? thanks :)
If you search google for the M3 replacement FEP's it looks like they are another proprietary fixed frame/FEP design. Also see no screw ends for a two-piece rim in the video which would fit with that... unless it was a single rim design, which would be a total break from Anycubic's usual design.
That's an odd underhanded comment. "So, it's just like an HDTV with a 4K screen?" Well, yes, that's kind of the point. When you say "Mono S", I'm assuming you mean the Photon S. In that case, the Photon M3 has the aforementioned 4K mono screen, over 2.5x the build volume, and 2.5x the print speed (50mm/h vs 20mm/h). So, the M3 is faster, has a longer-lasting screen (2000h vs 300h), and higher resolution. Not very comparable to the Photon S.
@@terpdx That's an odd way of correcting someone. High horse and all. My bad, I didn't mean to add the "S". It's a Mono with a 4K screen. Thanks for the condescension.
Looking forward to your Anycubic Photon M3 Max review and seeing what big things you can print.
Error in the video!! Resolution is actually just under 40UM, bad napkin math by me sorry! Thanks to Yannik ( 3d stube minden )
@@3DStubeMinden did it on FB forgot to do it here, has been updated :)

$261 on sale on the main Anycubic site this week. Just ordered, thanks for the review!
Mine arrives today, can't wait to get it going. Which resin do you like the best these days?

3s per layer seems insanely high. Check other settings, I've seen some people of Facebook forums mentioning 2s @ 60-80%?
I'm at 80% and 2.2 seconds
Just bought one for 174€ on AliExpress. Can't wait!

I believe there is already a screenprotector fixed? Does anyone know for certain?
is Antyalysing is any good on that one? Anycubyc is famous of their ouful AA or no AA at all.

They're all uv filtering, each company uses their own color.
Is just the FEP film replaceable? Or another fixed to frame Anycubic specific FEP?
Been asking this all over, even anycubic won't answer me

@@Dark0Storm Yes, fixed and just like the other Anycubic FEPs.
