Well, this started out as a request but it turned quickly into self satisfaction. All I’ve done is read romance webtoons over holiday vacation (a lot of Pixel of Life) and I think it ended up affecting the lyrics I wrote. Especially after I found peony’s PV for a CeVIO cover, I couldn’t help but get caught up in the emotions of it. Which is funny because I initially didn’t really care for this song too much, in fact, I liked Paper Flower better on Kenshi’s album. But now I’m attached to Lemon as well thanks to all the webtoons I read while working on this.
I wish I could’ve done better but ah well, it be like that sometimes. Plus, there are already so many great covers of this, I don’t think you guys are really clamoring for another lol.

My girlfriend passed away in around march, she helped me go through my mental instability, giving me hope when I was at my lowest, being there when I absolutely had no one by my side.

I've been a fan of yours since you were uploading your mekakucity actors covers and id be lying if i said your music hasn't changed my life as it has for the better. The emotion, the heart and ability to sing such impactful songs thanks to your covers has helped me through some dark times. I cried at self inflicted achromatic ,found hope in shounen brave and even sung outer science for my school talent show. Through all of the emotions though I managed to feel and understand my heart better and grow. So i wanna say thank you. After about the third time I listened to this song I related it to my Grandmother dying. When I checked the comments about a month later I saw comments talking about how this was about someone’s Grandmother/Grandfather (I can’t remember which) dying. I just thought that was pretty cool. Also this song and Failure Girl were my jam at the end of sixth grade. They’re both still super good songs. Thank you JubyPhonic for these amazing song covers!

I remember when I first watched/listen to this song and I knew it was a sad song, but I didn't really understand it. Before, I didn't come across how it feels to lose someone you really love and cared for. Now that I have matured a bit and saw how death took my pets that I loved so much, I can now understand. This really hit me emotionally and im honestly not sure why.
My friend, who is 18, that I knew since I was little committed suicide on January 1st, 2019. I found out yesterday when his brother, who is 31, told me when my grandma tried to keep it away, but he thought I should know. When he told me, I was frozen. I was shocked, confused, and extremely sad. He was going through depression in his own life, and even though I only saw him on Sundays, we were really close. His funeral is this Saturday, sadly, I cannot attend, but I’m so glad about all the memories we made together. They are all precious to me, thank so much for all those memories. Thank you so much Juby, for making this beautiful cover because it relates to me so much. I hope you are having a better time up there without any pain and suffering, I love you so much as a friend, Donald.
