Can't disagree with you more about MM. The hunter fantasy is absolutely about the pet. Having the option to use or not use the pet is the better way. Taking away that option ruins the class fantasy, IMO.
Hunter decides they want to focus on and bond with a pet companion, they become a Beast Master. Hunter decides they want to focus on their Marksmanship, they become a Marksman. Though they could create a Mastery Class for Marksman that focuses on a Single pet companion at the cost of key Marksman skills and player damage output. (Ranger of the blah blah) Becoming a Marksman is like deciding to go the "Legolas" or "Robinhood" route with your archery. (Edit) Beast Master is Hunter fantasy with a pet. Marksman is self honing without babysitting a pet.
@@W.Isarnorix.D Nice opinion. I, and many others, don't share it. As it was, Marksman let BOTH of us play our fantasy in the spec. Not like NS does that every minute..... Oh and we lose AG. Obviously we were compensated for losing one of our major cds ...right? RIGHT?!?! No, no we were not.
There are some great changes coming for resto shaman that I am really looking forward to. I'm not upset with the merging of mtt. I pop htt all the time so it's just added mana on a more regular basis that I don't have to think about. It also means it's one less spell I have to cast. I'm also excited we don't have to continually refresh es or ws. Most of the resto shamans I know are excited for those changes.
@@wendy.allison Those aren't "great changes" those are incredibly minor changes that should have been there when we brought up these issues back in beta. @@wendy.allison Wut? Our healing will go down by 8-12% because that's exactly what AG was. None of the other changes are HPS increases at all. I do say, Elemental Shaman with stormbringer hero talents really are a stormbringer. It's awesome and the closest you can get currently.
@@TheStygian I haven't played my shaman in this expac yet, I'll definitely have to check it out! Chain lightning procs are so damn satisfying.
Man you need to slow down. At 1x speed this video is unwatchable.
Speed up your brain
lol, you triggering me to slow it down to .4 definitely improved my mood. Sounds just like that pug that you run into every once in a while in discord. 😂
Agree, for a notnative english like me is vevry very too fast. 😅
(Ranger of the blah blah)
Becoming a Marksman is like deciding to go the "Legolas" or "Robinhood" route with your archery.
(Edit)
Beast Master is Hunter fantasy with a pet.
Marksman is self honing without babysitting a pet.
@@W.Isarnorix.D Nice opinion. I, and many others, don't share it.
As it was, Marksman let BOTH of us play our fantasy in the spec. They could have simply given you a talent so you don't have to summon the pet when you use lone wolf.
Instead, they ruined the fantasy for a significant number of MM players.
Why when it is COMPLETELY unnecessary?
Apparently lots of uber casual people play MM hunter with pets. Never seen it in game but they have swarmed reddit and the forums.
MM hunters definitely get use out of pets. I use pets all the time when questing especially for elites
Another suggestion, allow the gems and ring upgrades to be purchased by alts instead of repeating the same quest 15 times, as long as it has been done on your main.......
What about when you have Bear form you don’t get to Agro when you want somebody always steal your Agro from the Bear
as a MM hunter i have to say this is pure horror. why ruin a completely fine specc???? what a shitshow.
Qol update, nerf dk survivability.....
Blizz is dumb
Come on DH
The only quality of life improvement the game NEEDS right now is for tanks. No one wants to tank, they are GUTTING prot warrior which will make even more tanks quit. These devs are high on something and its not positive for the game.
RIP disc priest. 😔
updates means more problems enough said!
All I want on warlock is instant tyrant
That won't be as good as you think. Why? Because there is a delay on your imps coming out from HoG. So you would still have to pause a second before you Tyrant if it was made instant. Now if they could remove the imp spawn delay then yes plz give us instant Tyrant. But until then instant Tyrant will desync the rhythm of our opener.

Typical that elemental just gets thrown to the wayside yet again as per usual. And when we get changes it's nerfs. Dont try to deny it anymore blizz we already know u hate ele for years now.
Isn't Ele doing fantastic now?
I play alot of Shaman and it's fantastic, especially with what it used to be.
@@TheStygianele has the most amazing game play what are you talking about. 3100 IO as ele in my first season ever doing m+
WoW takes a dive every few years... We're living one of them. Ian HasAccostedUs needs to go.
You're speaking in cursive. Slow down and enunciate.
Da menstrual rift? 19:04
marksmanship hunters getting some love after what? 15 years?
"love" in the form of having their pet get Old Yellered lol
if this means "love" i'd rather not get it....
I had a hard time following your video. You kept saying things they were going to change but not actually explaining what that change is.
What on earth are you talking about with Resto Shaman? Did you even talk to a Resto before making this video? Why would anyone be excited for MTT being merged, MTT basically isn't even worth pressing currently as it doesn't even give enough back to give you a free chain heal, after this yeah it'll finally give enough for one chain heal....on a 3min cd, woo.
Extra mana is meaningless when it still doesn't even allow an extra cast of anything.
Also NONE of this even makes up a fraction of losing Ancestral Guidance. I would take all those things back to keep AG.
@@Theparadoxd7 Losing AG does suck but I guess we have to wait and see to really know how the changes are going to do to our healing. I still stand by the fact that i'm glad i won't have to babysit shields or think about mana tide. I mean it's not that amazing as it stands now so not having to cast it bust still getting something out of it sounds good to me.
@@wendy.allison Wut? Our healing will go down by 8-12% because that's exactly what AG was. None of the other changes are HPS increases at all.
"Babysit shields" I kinda liked playing around the talent that gave huge spikes of healing when ES was pressed and Mana Tide is one button every 3 minutes which was a talent I never even took in the first place because of how useless it is.
We were literally better off by a LOT before the patch. This puts us dead last in the hps department by a mile AND Hpriest will likely get buffed again.
We're screwed.
@@Theparadoxd7 ok I get it, you don't like the changes.
Some qol for your channel, the war raft music in the bg is annoying and not really needed as it's slightly drowning out your voice on mobile, I'll come back when you fix that.
Really love how blizzard buffing popular spec and completely ignore bad performance spec😊 this rpg game is removing alot of their fan. Wait until the day where their company share start to be trash only they realise balancing is what their players been asking for throughout this 20years. Bye from another bdk main goodluck on lfg searching for tank
No worries I’ll replace you.
The best QoL coming in 11.1 is... unsubbing!
class changes.. for everyone .. but not rogue. Thx Blizz.
The most boring class. 3 specs of the same thing. Rogue needs its redemption arc.
yeah don't look at warriors (specifically arms)
You got reworks and changes, try being a DH who only just now is getting SOME changes.
Blizz QoL changes = long overdue shit that should have been in game years ago
