It was his actions that set everything in motion, but Alex jones is responsible for his actions that further destroyed the lives of these families, for YEARS after their children had been gunned down.

Most court fines cannot be discharged by filing for bankruptcy, including punitive and compensatory damages which are basically all the payments Alex Jones owes.

Can somebody please explain why in the BatMan movie the Dark Knight that came out in July before the shooting. It had 2 streets in that movie one was named Sandy and the other Hook. Those families didn't sue him because they were "butt hurt". The false information AJ spread led a lot of people to harass and threaten death against those families. A lot of them had to move multiple times costing them thousands, not to mention the mental torment that would accompany the harassment. And it all originates with AJ spouting baseless nonsense. Those families deserve compensation, at least.

This is setting a bad precedent. Regardless of how much someone is offended or emotionally upset about what someone else says when voicing their belief, we still have free speech and freedom of the press in America. Lawsuits are supposed to be about actual damages / losses. There were plenty of people saying this was a false flag, but they go after one guy? Where are their damages, really? If he genuinely believed it was a false flag, perpetrated by the government or whatever, our constitution protects his right to say so, whether we agree with him or not. Making scapegoats out of people in order to intimidate the public from exercising their unalienable rights must stop.

He tried hiding his financials at every turn to make himself look like he's broke and barely scraping by when that's just not true.
