@@naokif When I started I had a German friend who showed me all the tricks, I guess it will be a payback. I really enjoy to overcrush the nails to minimal spread like 20-22 mm. At the beginning the start is hard to learn since we need to stretch the back muscles but once you master the technique it will go smoothly. Best of Luck, Naoki!

Cannon Power Worksというサイトで購入したものです。ホームセンターで売っている5寸釘と太さは近いですがこちらの方が短いので難易度は高いです。
握力以外に上腕や肩、胸の力を使っているような気がします。
