@@user-cd7ro4wt9b 幅狭のベースライン製のピンチ力計やGM150 の最大幅でも比較しましたが幅が変わっても数値に大きな差がなかったのが意外でした😁 つよぽんさんがどれくらいの数値が出るか気になります😊 純粋な親指の力だけでなくMP関節を曲げる強さも関係している感じはあります🧐

このグリッパー前から気になってたんですが強度はどれぐらいなもんですか？ 左と右で難易度が変わると思うんですがお答えいただけたら幸いです。
@@tigger-le7oq このグリッパーはスプリングが左巻きなので右手ですと体感のレーティング140程度、左手ですと125程度に感じました。硬いCoC2.5と平均的な2.5くらいの差を感じます。

How long did it take to reach this level from the beginning
I used to be a strong person. I weighed 88kg when I first grabbed it about two years ago.I achieved 120kg in about three months, but according to the official record, I applied at 114.4kg.I'm gradually increasing my record now.
How many days a week you train grippers?
It's about four hours a week. These days, I mainly train to hold the grip strength meter.
What number of coc can this be compared to?
It's 400 lbs so pretty much a captains of crush 4 which is 370lbs roughly I think
@@alexthevideokid3533 nah i think COC #4 is slightly harder this big boi 400 lb rgc around 200-208lb but coc 4 average is around 214 lb

@@naokif Getting the technique with the bending is the key. The hardest part is to master the kink, the sweep and the crush are way easier especially for us who do train the final part of a move a lot.

@naokif Hey can I ask what is your hand size wrist to finger? Oh I read 19.3cm. That is exactly the same as me. You've been training around 2 years? What could you do when you first started?
@@beefcakesfat2310 It's almost the same!It is 19.2 cm. It's been about two years since I started the grip strength training.When I started, I recorded 114.4kg with GM150 with my right hand, but I couldn't close CoC2.5 deep set.It's probably a matter of getting used to it.

@@beefcakesfat2310 You are welcome. I think it was because I held a few leps of grippers when I felt like it a few times a month. I also used CoC4, which is almost an object.

I've just ordered the GM150 with the smaller frame. Is it more sturdy? What do are you thoughts on it?
Compared to the model that I recorded 106.5kg with my left hand, the frame thickness has increased considerably. I didn't know that the latest model has a very strong frame but a small frame. If you use the same frame, I think the smaller the frame, the stronger it is.
