So I’m 19 & I’ve had my locs for 3 going on 4 months & was thinking of dying my locs this beautiful multicolored 🌈galaxy 🌌 type of color, can I start doing it now or do I have to wait until my locs are fully 1 year loc’d to do it. 🙏🏽😉My big sister started them for me & I was thinking of asking her to dye them, what do you think 🤔 I love your videos btw sis & you also you did a great job 😘
Thank you 💓 I honestly would wait until your hair is fully locked. Only because if your color your hair it’ll loosen you hair pattern and your locs may start to unravel. I bleached my fiancé’s locs before he reached his 1st year and when he washed them, almost all of them unraveled and we had to start from the beginning. I think the multicolor would be a good look. 🦄

Lunia J alright then so I’ll have to until next January oh also about oiling my hair I have dry hair so I always oil my hair with all the Jbc oil & difeel natural oil with essential oil mixes altogether should I just oil daily night and day or do a weekly oil in my hair so it won’t build up 😊💙💅🏽
Also my hair is also In the budding stage so would moisture consistently be good and I drink lots like lots of water 💦 like gallons but ik ik I’m still a baby sorry if I’m asking a lot of questions I just wanna learn a lot
i’ve been looking for a simple vid like this. when you rinse the bleach out, does it matter which order do you use the products, the purple shampoo then the neutralizing shampoo last? also do you use that shampoo for the whole head or just the bleached ends and continue to shampoo the rest of the head using your regular shampoo?
I would use the neutralizing shampoo first (focusing on the ends that has been bleached to stop the processing), then shampoo the whole head regularly with your everyday shampoo then use the purple shampoo to cut the brassy-ness (color) that the bleach can sometimes cause. Condition and moisturize. It’s an upkeep to keep your hair from breaking. Lots of deep conditioning and co washes to maintain healthy hair. I hope this helped. 🤍
i wash it immediately after i finished applying the bleach to the last section, then i wash in the order i applied, (still in sections) or else some will be over bleached and some won’t be bleached enough. after i wash them by sections then i wash them whole.
Love the video hun!!!! Great information here!! Keep up the great work!!
Lyrically Loc'd Up Thank you 😊 ✨
I kept hearing Brad Mondo's voice in my head going on about the sectioning.
Wow. I'm gonna try this on my sister. I thought you had to bleach each strand one by one but i'm so glad I found this video 👏👏👏
Is the purple shampoo a vital step? Wanted to dye my hair tonight but I don't have the purple shampoo.
Did you get that color only with the bleach?
yes that’s correct
Are those big locks are sisteylocks
What's the name of the products you use
What type of blonde did you use and how long do you have to wait
whats the bleaching name please i need information

So you only left the bleach on for 5 minutes from the start of application ??

@@LuniaJoseph thank u so much!
How can I get the bleaching powder you used, I mean what’s it called?
Clairol Bw2 Tub Powder Lightener Extra-Strength
How long did you keep the bleach on before you washed it out
i wash it immediately after i finished applying the bleach to the last section, then i wash in the order i applied, (still in sections) or else some will be over bleached and some won’t be bleached enough. after i wash them by sections then i wash them whole.
This is the look I was searching for, which brand/#color did you use for this outcome?
I only used bleach, no color
What bleach
I'm worried about damage to my dreads.
Great info I learned! Nice visual
thank you 😊
Nice, are those sisters locks or what kind of locks.
Yes this is the color I want
I love it ❤
Great video thanks
Can you wash that out to where your hair is back to the black color or nah is it permanent
It’s permanent so if you want to go back to your natural/black color you’d have to dye your hair
I like 👍 that hell I thought it was going to turn out white but love the overall look
U did an Amazing job
I think she mean i am bleaching my sister loc's cause those traditional locs.. So this young lady must be her sister... I mite be wrong ...
She typed it correctly. Her sister’s locs. Beautiful!
But they are too big to be sisters locks
It says her sister’s (sibling) Locs not sisterlocs
I love it! Great job!
Nice 👍
Those are not sister locs but they are beautiful and long.
Lol she meant she bleached her sister’s locs not sister locs
That's her sister, smart ass.
🔥🔥🔥
Beautiful beautiful gorgeous
