OMG mufflers in Dallas are out control! All "3rd world" countries I've visited strickly enforce loud mufflers with microphones when pulled over, but Dallas? No! My God, it could be so much better. We need Richard's famous voice to help make something happen!!

I travel to Dallas at least one a year with work. I always take a trip to GMG and GMBNG so know I'll be in the area. Will be sure to try them out.

I'm down with this. Obviously you are not known as a "Food Guy", but we obviously dig your personality. Plus, you know your own food in the area and you know what you like, so I think this would be an opportunity for a genuine local rating of the food places you dig or that you get turned on to. Might be cool to rotate in your Monkeys in as well. Keep rockin' Richard!!
By the way, Lingua (tongue) if done right, is like the best pot roast you'll ever have. Do yourself a favor and try it. That and the cheeks from any animal your eating as well!

Chilangos, pronounced chee-lawn-goes. Chilangos is a term used for people from Mexico City. YOU HAVE TO TRY THE LENGUA (TONGUE) TACOS!!! SO GOOD! Love the fact that you can do whatever you want now.

Well I work one block away from this Chilango's tacos place and I eat there all the time. At the beginning of this video when Richard said he was going to check out some good tacos I immediately said to myself that he needs to go over to Chilango's! It's about 5 minutes from his shop FYI.

My wife and I stopped there. I’m from Los Angeles, Seattle for her. Had to show her some real Mexican food. We were in Dallas for GMG apparel and the Rams Cowboy game. If I’m not mistaken there was a lot of tornado damage near by too.

The green sauce was probably tomatillo sauce or salsa verde. It is very good. I like the food review-just give us a good close up of the food and tell us what you liked/disliked about it. I like your rating system. R=get out quickly, 1=bad, 2=not good, 3=average/middle of the road, 4= good/getting there, 5= cruising/very good, 6=smoking/excellent. Besides BBQ, Mexican-add burgers to the mix. Looking forward to some more cars and grub!!
