Regarding hair loss keep using the rosemary oil and consider looking into MSM powder and see if it's for you. I find that it works wonders for hair growth.

Try caffeine shampoo I have lost a lot of my hair not due to surgery but stress and I tried caffeine shampoo my hair is becoming so thick again it’s amazing
Lovely video and very informative!! But I would like to know how you informed your Gp about having the surgery in turkey. Because I’ve been told the Gp isn’t going to help if you have issues or complications when you get the surgery done outside the uk. 😢
Hi Adwoa. I have informed my GP about my surgery abroad and I haven’t had any issues luckily. It’s important you do as you will need regular blood tests. Good luck on your journey!
