Don't be put off when a fragrance expert says "you going to smell like many other people". Not many people wear fragrances to begin with so even if you buy the most popular frag out there nobody's gonna know :)

for real! I wore sauvage for a year and so many people told me I smell unique and extremely nice. If it works it works imo
I learned a long time ago this man is no fragrance expert. He just repeats other people and doesn’t know what he’s talking about.
People who ain't got money don't wear them
I started "getting into" fragrances about 6 months ago, I've got somewhere between 30-40 bottles, and what I'm now realizing is that there's A LOT of overlap in the handful of general categories of fragrances. So, unless you really want a huge multi-thousand dollar collection of cologne you'll never go through in your whole life, just pick 1 or 2 from each category if you want to be very thorough, like Antonio has done in this video. You could easily think about seasons/climate and just go with 1 or 2 frags for hot weather and 1 or 2 for cool weather (which can easily pull double duty in the office).
Yeah a lot of these fragrances are similar to each other or just don't last very long, I had to slow down on my purchases. The new Prada Ocean EDP will be my last fragrance that I buy for now.
100% I refuse to go down the rabbit hole!! 2 aquatics, 2 blue, 2 cold weather here. Dun and dun!

Spot on. You only need one or two for each season and a signature scent maybe. Something fresh, clean and sweet and you’ve got every occasion covered. Watching fragrance videos makes you spend a lot on redundant frags, it’s a rabbit hole!
I agree with what you've said, but I sometimes feel like wearing the same fragrance but with a different nuance (for example prada l'homme and prada l'homme intese), but then again sometimes I feel like wearing a clean iris scent, and I'll opt for a gentleman cologne. But I do agree that if you have to get out of your way to buy fragrances that you cannot afford, you should get samples and test as many as you can so that you get a good sense of what you like, and then get couple of bottles (seasonal/occasional) to suit you needs. :)

Blue de Chanel EDP is the best overall. I have received a compliment every single time I’ve worn it. Definitely will purchase again.

In my opinion, Prada L'Homme is pretty safe blind buy. Can wear it to every occasion and still get compliment. Must buy!

Antonio, I have got to say that in this world of top lists and high energy, I really appreciate some of the thoughtful video ideas you're bringing. Your last few have been really insightful, and though you promote your brand well through them, I appreciate that you are actually honest about some of the fragrances you're not as fond of. +1 friend, I will be trying out your new line of health products and hopeful of mission fragrances having another drop soon!

Dior Fahrenheit is one of the best fragrances out there.

I have been wearing The One by Dolce over the winter and started layering One Million for a sweet spring-summer scent. One million on its own is just too sweet, but balances nice IMO with the warm spice of Dolce. (Also trying to use up what I have before getting anything new) 😀
I own around 50 fragrances. My favorite is the cheapest. Nautica Voyage. Super fresh, summer slayer 🌞

My favorite is Sex Panther. It's illegal in 9 countries. They've done studies, 60% of the time, it works everytime.

I love Bond No 9 Scent of Peace. It is a fantastic fragrance. I also love TF Costa Azurra Parfum as well. TF Ombré Leather Parfum is really smooth. I like that over the EDP. Great video!

Antonio, always great content, you're the man. I can say I blind bought Creed Green Irish Tweed for the first time in the mid 90s after reading in GQ, that Cary Grant and Clint Eastwood both sported it, so I thought why not. Well more than 2 decades later and despite currently owning over 50 fragrances, it's still my go to, signature scent. All the best gents.

My go to Cologne is Dior Homme Intense. My wife loves it, I love it and just gets better as it mellows out
I went down the Aventus rabbit hole 2017-2019, had about 10 batches at one stage. Then I woke up one day and thought how stupid is this and sold 7 and kept 3 and stopped wearing it. Fast forward to last year and started wearing it again and gotta say it’s still the king. Super strong performer and probably my most complimented. When my friends ask what it is I tell them but recommend CDNIM as Aventus is expensive for non frag heads. I’ve still got batches 17W11, 17V01 and 18X01. The 17s are the heaviest on vanilla and the 18 is the fruitiest so I keep that for summer. My friends that got CDNIM all rave about it, best cologne they own they’ve said. Someone told me years ago you only need Aventus and Layton (or their clones) and they were right.
Edit: Not a fan of Bleu De Chanel EDP, I’d go the EDT route personally as it’s fresher. ADG Profondo probably a better choice instead.
I wore the new 1 Million by Paco Rabanne. 1 Million Royal. I've got to say I have all of the 1 Million and Royal has gotten me the most compliments of all. I love Prive, Lucky, 1 Million Parfum and 1, 1 Million Elixir, 1 Million Cologne, but the newest one Royal... WOW!!! 9 hours plus and great projection and and silage.
Burberry Touch is a can't go wrong fragrance at an affordable price. Whenever I've worn it, I get compliments. Also Bond no.9 The Scent of Peace is a compliment getter, but at a significantly higher price. I haven't worn my Tom Ford Ombre Leather yet, but plan to this winter. Great fragrance choices and information. Very informative.
I have followed your channel for several years now and I’ve really enjoyed your content. I’ve learned a lot about men’s style and fragrances. Applying what I’ve learned has really helped me in the professional work space. So, for that, thank you.
I’m going to request one thing. Please pay attention to how much the phrase, “That being said,” is used. I love the content and the dialogue, but that phrase is used frequently enough in videos that it stands out in a negative way.
It’s a small thing and I’ll still follow the channel regardless.

My go-to blind buys that I am super confident recommending to friends are both the YSL Y, EDP and EDT. Great daily fragrance, especially for someone who isn’t really in the fragrance game but just wants to smell great on any occasion.
YSL Y EDT and EDP really aren't my thing, but I think Le Parfum is nice

Armani Code Profumo EDP is my one fragrance to rule them all.
The sweet chocolate notes give it so much versatility for summer and winter.
Azzaro "Wanted" is a great series and the smell is very unique. Similar good is "Ambassador" and "Ambassador intense" series from Gisada. I also like Terre d`Hermes Series. I have also the vetiver flanker of it.
I will keep atleast 5 fragrances in my collection, always. Dior Sauvage, Bleu de Chanel, Terre D'hermes, D&G The one and one of the aventus type such cidrat boise or montblanc explorer or CDNIM etc
BDC EDP is a forever fragrance for me, in my top five, and IMO better than the EDT. I'd recommend skipping the EDT. Haven't tried the Parfum version yet.

PRADA LUNA ROSSA BLACK IS A MUST TRY FRAGRANCE
The number 1 summer fragrance this is really under rader is BVLGARI rain essence its blow my mind and i have over 500 frags
My wife's favorite fragrance of mine is Ombre Leather EDP. Haven't tried the Parfum, but likely won't. This is one of a couple fragrances I wear specifically cause she loves it, so if she loves the EDP, not going to double down.

I agree Prada l'homme is a safe blind buy as well as Armani Code parfum.
Buy what you feel good with, not to please others. That being said, my three favourites are Bleu de Chanel Eau de Parfum (much better than Eau de Toilette, smoother, more elegant), L' Eau Par Kenzo (sooo fresh) and CK One (even fresher). I also love Fahrenheit, Acqua di Gio, Insense Ultramarine and Salvador Dali Le Roy Soleil.
I dabble a bit with fragrances, usually stick with the mid range priced ones. However I often try cheap/affordable ones since you both learn about fragrances and sometimes find a hidden pearl for a few $.
If you are a fan of 1 million there is one very affordable one named "Cuba Royal" that many people swear to as equal or even better for a fraction of the price.

I have most of Creed fragrances and use them daily, but can't help but to sometimes wear fragrances, which I worn in teenage years - Dunhill Desire Red or Paco Rabanne ultraviolet. It's strange to receive a compliment wearing one of those from a person I've seen a day before, wearing Royal Oud or Irish Tweed.

I actually just blind bought a bottle of Bentley Azure based on your recommendation, Antonio! It's great stuff. That being said, the blind buys that I recommend vary based on the person and the season.

Bond No 9 is always written off and that’s insane. Scent of peace for him is one of my absolute favorites. If you can get it from a discounter, DO NOT HESITATE!

Ombre Leather orig., love it, different than everything. BUT, go easy. Gonna be wimpy here-one spray on the inside forearm. Anything more will polarize
My favorite is Drakkar…always my go to
From all the fragrances i have known, probably the safest bet for a blind buy and a versatile fragrance to work in a lot of different climates and enviroments is Givenchy Gentleman EDT from 2017. Usable fruity leather scent, goes under the radar for a lot of people but it's just an amazing fragrance and it is the most versatile i personally have in my collection.
Drakkar Noir would be a good bet but the performance on the current formula is dissapointing.
Polo green to me and stuff like Givenchy Gentleman 1974 is rather polarizing to have it as a signature scent, same for pretty much all powerhouse scents from that era, but still can be perfectly rocked. I am 21 and have gotten compliments from using them by girls my age.
Maybe a very clean chypre like Eau Sauvage or Agua Brava from the 1960's still turns heads and works perfectly for a daily wear scent or for heat, that last one is very cheap like Quorum but way easier to wear and more versatile.
Versace Pour Homme is a nice one for me but only for very hot climates.
Moschino Toy Boy is a very nice scent, to me also seems pretty versatile, can be worn either in heat and in colder climates and is a delicious fragrance but since it leans far more into the unisex, it's more difficult to wear it for some people.
Maybe a classic leather chypre fragrance would be a solid bet as a signature scent, something like Moschino Pour Homme or Hermes Bel Ami. Very animalic as well so probably harder to wear as well, but still an option.
Paco Rabanne Pour Homme also seems to me like one of the best fragrances that exist to this day. Even thou it's been out in the market since 50 years ago, it still has kind of a timeless aspect that i really enjoy.
And lastly, also for a good signature scent, a liquor fragrance could be a good bet. Something like CH Men Privé or Bentley For Men (EDT, not the Intense) would be a very nice frag to wear as a signature, but would surely need something fresher for the spring and summer months. Also i find them quite challenging to be used at the office.

im really excited for the summer time for colognes, but for the spring time im currently going with Prada L'homme and allure homme sport, i really wanna get Acqua di Gio profundo lights, then for summer im rocking quite a few in Rasasi Hawas, gotten the most compliments on, dolce and gabbana light blue eau intense, both Azzaro Chrome Aqua and Chrome Extreme. the ones ive been thinking about and wanting are Jimmy choo Man Aqua, gotta get that Acqua Di Gio EDP, Prada Luna Rossa Ocean and YSL Y EDP. But also im taking a chance on this random fragrance its called gravite by particle
Creed Aventus is so good man get compliments all the time
Using the scent subscription from ScentBox, I am looking at purchasing either Versace Eros EDP or Dior Sauvage EDP. I enjoyed them. I love the Creed fragrances, but as you have mentioned, they are quiet expensive compared to many others. I have also liked Dior Fahrenheit as something different.

i use nautica voyage in the morning and versace eros edp in the evening. was about to pick up the edt version of eros but its reformulated
One constructive comment: a few fragrances mentioned are discontinued. The 2 fragrances that were love at first sniff for me were Bleu de Chanel (edt) and Givenchy Gentleman Reserve Privee. Give me that and an Aventus inspired clone and I am all set.

Thank you for this channel! Im 47 and have always been rough with my appearance. Im trying to change that and you are helping me understand where I need to change. Now, in the evening I smoke a pipe with an aromatic vanilla. Is there a suggestion for a fragrance that will not clash with a sweet vanilla tobacco? I'm thinking of my wife as we settle in for the evening.

Aqua Di Gio Profumo and Sauvage Elixir were my primary two for the last 2-3 years. After shopping around I ended up picking Invictus as an alternate day to day after trying it in the store, but then after watching some video reviews and getting exposed to different houses and going down the rabbit hole of youtube critiques, I blind bought Givenchy Boisee and PDM Layton and have been insanely impressed. Now I've made a spreadsheet on what I've tried, liked, disliked, and want to try later on so I can narrow down options for a solid rotation. Definitely not going to have more than 5 in my rotation at a time (at least I'll try not to) but I've definitely learned matching a fragrance to a vibe or an appropriate occasion is key. Thanks for keeping things straight forward and precise on your recommendations!

Love Paco Rabane since a kid when my father used to wear the original one.
The best two I've got is *Blue Stratos **_Eau de Toilette_* and *Imperial Leather - **_after shave_* I love them both. I can't see the point spend money on expensive fragrances e.g. over $100 each? I would spend between $20 to $50 each!
Just ordered 3 Le male flankers airlines,on board, and in the navy. We'll see how good they are

No matter want country you are from, the safest blind buys are fougere, fresh aquatic (not sweet versions) and after shower gel scents. Mostly, inoffensive. Some scents can be really cloying if tis sweet.
That is why drakkar, ck one, polo sport, dylan blue, allure home sport, aqua di gio, cdnim, nautica voyage, cool water, etc were bestsellers in the world.
I only have a few from your list.
I live in the HoTT climate so majority from this list would not work.
I'm definitely into the woodsy and tobacco and chocolate.

Tabaco vanille was way to sweet and fake smelling. Which sucks because I really like hombre leather. I didn't try it on my skin though. How is the dry down?
There is no licorice note in Spicebomb. But I love Elixir.
MFK Amyris Pour Homme Extrait despite its hefty price tag, is the safest, most versatile high quality men's fragrance on the market today Mr. Centeno. And could fit the brief of the video title on its own.
