The images of Steranko and Ligia are real people run through an anime AI filter. Because, despite their importance, they don’t have official photos. How do you feel about AI art?
Not a great idea on named characters, because it will not have good compatibility if/when CB releases official art. For illustration purposes - better than borrowing from other franchises if basic ethics are observed.
@@k.v.delchev6022 sadly I don’t think they’ll ever give us art of, say , Sarmiento. They haven’t before, and they seem pretty against giving any images of historical figures. Really such a shame.
Thank you for condensing all the little lore and historical reference that goes into every single unit of Infinity. This game keeps blowing my mind. It has done so for about five years now.
I didn’t even touch in everything. There’s some argument to be made that the Orthodox philosophy is more deeply represented. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Foolishness_for_Christ I think that Ligia is embracing an older ascetic tradition which is more renowned in Orthodox than Catholic Christianity. And her speech about insanity and belief is her indicating that she sees this as the optimal path to god as per the tradition of the holy fool.
I've been binging your Infinity lore videos, great job on communicating the themes and feel of the setting! The seven rituals, referenced around 33:00 are probably a reference to the seven sacraments (types of rituals performed by a priest in the Christian traditions). In the orthodox church these are baptism, marriage, eucharist, chrismation, confession, annointment and ordination.
I must admit, from all the nations of Infinityverse, Nomads have just most colorful history... swashbuckling space pirates, gritty workers, religious fanatics, ruthless criminals, hardened merceneries, brilliant scientists, you name it...
First time watching your videos. Honestly, very good, i'm impressed. I thought no one was making lore video for Infinity. The historical reference is a nice touch and the bits of humour keep it fresh. I hope to see more of your work.
Great video! Do not judge me for my question, but it is quite important for some lore I am writing.... do the observance enforces a chastity vow on it's members?

Man, I'm glad Mom and Dad got lost in space and I was forced to grow up fighting werewolves, because worshiping Jesus got complicated.
There’s also Christianity Classic available!
You had me at fanatical military space nuns.
It is a very strong brand.
The Adepta Sororitas would have a word with you.

That's so cool! Thank you for sharing the info on that.

They have “a lot going on”
You forgot they have literal furries. Dear god the furries.
There’s only one word for the Nomads:
*HERETICS!*
Babe, wake up, WarLore dropped a new vid!
Lovely content as always. I adore infinity lore, CB should definitely collaborate with you.
:D
They SORT OF did, I got some nice hires pictures and videos of the logos and new models.
Thanks for your work - entertaining and informative as usual.
Thank you very much :)

Thank you. I appreciate the like, comment, and subscribe. You’re the best. Very appreciative :)
I think the asides in this are some of your best, almost woke my sleeping child several times with goofy giggling over here. Keep up the great work.
This is the highest praise I could receive
More WarLore is always good news. Great vid as usual.
Thank you :)
Quality content, Really enjoyed all the work but into the gags
Thanks. They aren’t funny or clever. But they made me laugh when I was making them
The sighs… I f. loved them. Entirely heartfelt! 😍
There a lot of lore in this damn game
@@WarLore there are a lot of… “everything” in this game; rules, lore, sectorials… you name it.
This was amazing :) Thank you and hope you will have time to keep these videos coming :)
Thanks for the subscribe and I'm really glad this worked for you, I also hope I have time to keep making them :)
Great Video! Thanks for explaining it so professional :)
"professional" ;)
You never know how much you going ti discover when just learning about the table top game. :)😂😂❤
So true! Especially one written by weird spaniards
Great work - as usual!
Thank you ;)
amazing video as always!

New Video, yeeeeees!!!

This is awesome thank you. Wish CB would release.more fluff books causs i love the two books so far amd want more
I agree. Check out the RPGs books
I couldn't help but truly LOL at 5:22 where the Lord of the Rings is shown as a holy book...
"The good book"
I hope you will do some more Yu Jing lore next
I mean YJ will get mentioned in the next vid.
@@WarLore wow! You are awesome :)
I initially was not interested in the Bakunin but man you have made me think I should have picked up the box...
It’s quite a box
Love your videos
thanks pal
Great video! Do not judge me for my question, but it is quite important for some lore I am writing.... do the observance enforces a chastity vow on it's members?
I have tried to read every lore source.
I do not know of any vows of chastity mentioned.
@@WarLore Thanks a lot! seems like there is not too much known of the Observance except their deeds, that is fitting with them
Leave it to the RCC to mess shit up! You know when nuns get grimy something really went wrong.
Awesome vid! Where did you get the cover art from? I couldn't find it in good resolution anywhere
Scanned it in from the a 2e book and cleaned it up.
As a developer that C# joke made me laughing outloud! :D
It was so cheesy, it looped around from being "bad" to being "good." Cherrydoom's delivery helped a lot.
Uplifted dolphins? Like David Brin inspired?
that's fuckin' right
In very short...Observance is almost like the Adepta Sororitas from 40K: fanatic lunatics.
i dunno, i don't know if i feel that way
C# sword was good
More skit intros!
I’ll have to do more. :)
Yay you're back. Woo hoooooo
I got hit in the head and started a new job. Just took some time!
@@WarLore well I broke my back last week, so your new content is majorly appreciated! Thanks bro!!
“Inspiring people to find their own paths to God”
Me, a Protestant: “wait wait, I’ve seen this one before! It’s a classic!”
