A "Corregidor" (the g is pronounces like the h in heat) is the name of a judicial officer in the times of the Catholic or Habsburg Monarchy (Spanish Empire wouldn't be a correct term as there wasn't any emperor of Spain, and also there wasn't any Spain in Spain but several kingdoms, like in Italy before Garibaldi). The "Corregidores" where a mix of a judge and an executive official, and their goal was to set up the local administrations. So Legazpi's retinue should have include one of them. Corregidor also can be a family name, as many come after professions like Smith, Franklin or Archer in English, so that Island can have been named after some Legazpi's friend. The closest Spanish word for a prison is "Correccional" and as far as I now is an Anglicism, I never saw "Corregidor" being used to mean prison, at least in Spanish of Spain, people from Latin America may use that term.

I'm dumping warhammer and looking into other things I can play. I got into warmachine last year but saw these guys around and was curious. Earlier I got introduced and am contemplating playing. I saw some cute robots associated with the the nomads and am leaning towards that.

Even if I knew of Gundam before, my first contact withone of the shows was some subbed episodes of G gundam in french, and my first completed Gundam thing was the F91 movie when it was available for free on RUclips. Gundam Info was the name of the chanel. As somebody who saw reruns of it and who's mom saw the show as a kid, I can confirm francophones do like Grendizer. Suletta is a cute lesbian bean who deserve to have a happy couple life. A bonus way I would propose are the Non-Gundam shows by Tomino, like Zambot 3 or Xabungle for exemple.

When I realize the historical backstory of T2K is being told: uh oh. 15 minutes later: ohhh yeahhh that was the good stuff. I've been a fan of T2K since 1st edition GDW in the 80s. That setting, regardless of which alternative history/edition used, is just amazing for a group of players who like to travel, fight, explore, engage, and survive. Gritty and real, finding hope and purpose in a world of ruin and conflict. Thanks for the nostalgia.

I’m a 40K guy though I mostly only paint. Yu Jing has my interest at the moment and this video helped as I do not own a single model. I’m a little concerned about the metal. That concern comes from the fact I started RPG gaming in the mid 80’s and those minis were terrible. I hear it is better now… While I doubt I will play I want to collect and paint an army according to the rules. Yu Jing may be where I start. Is anyone familiar with a starter box that includes them? Great video by the way!

Dans le post facebook de CB d'aujourd'hui avec les cosplays, il y'a des bannières en arrière plan, avec des logos, et sur la photo qui prend en gros plan la série Infinity il y'a le logo de RUclips quand sur l'autre bannière de l'autre série il y'a les logos de ses diffuseurs, c'est assez curieux, à mon avis la série va être diffusée sur le RUclips payant, si c'est le cas je savais même pas que RUclips avait encore des studios. Et il y'a aussi le logo de Riot Games, je ne sais pas s'ils font des investissements dans le cinéma mais ils sont dans les jeux, peut être qu'ils vont profiter de la pub de la série pour lancer un jeu Infinity (peut être un aka Overwatch).
