I'm an older lesbian before the internet. 😊 To have been able to have podcasts like these would have made me feel less alone. I didn't know there was so many queer people. Thank you for starting this podcast and thank you for sharing your story.
Romans 10:9 If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
The story of Jesus just doesnt make sense to me. Lets be mindful of preaching. May you find your own words and your own love from your heart. I respect your Journey. Lets all respect one anothers beliefs and opinions and do no harm. I am sure you mean well. as do I.
@@JessicaIulianella-d9h it’s not a “story”; Jesus’ crucifixion is an actual historical event. Also, just because it doesn’t make sense to YOU doesn’t mean it’s not the truth. The Bible says that the heart is desperately wicked, so it’s unadvisable to trust and follow your heart.

@@JessicaIulianella-d9h look around. There’s so much wickedness in the world today and it’s only getting worse. This is the result of the wickedness in ppl’s heart. There’s so much greed, arrogance, selfish ambition, pride, treachery, resentment etc. going around and that’s why we need Jesus.

Coming out to my mom was so scary, being that she’s very religious. To anyone who’s still closeted, I encourage you to voice who you are. A weight will be lifted off, and you can live authentically as yourself. If your family loves you, they will come around and accept you. ❤
