One big advantage that Batman has is high intelligence. He doesn’t go up against a physically superior enemy unless he plans out how to take them down first by studying their weaknesses
They’re so similar besides lethality and durability which isn’t in barman’s favour technically, however batsman’s intelligence is far higher and has many methods to stun, disorientate and knock back enemies which gives him a solid chance if he survives the first clash, which he will because they have equal fighting skill or batman might even have greater fighting ability and experience, so it is fairly even actually.
I’m not a super comic fan of either but i have a good idea of their capabilities, i like to think, what do you think 😋

Ok so this is more accurately DCEU Batman vs Amazon Prime Black Noir, this makes a big difference in how the fight will go. Same with prep time, it completely changes the fight and the outcome.

I’d imagine before before Batman went after Black Noir, he would interrogate anyone who’s ever fought him (and live to tell the story) for any information that might help him during the fight. Assuming he could track down the Boys or Starlight, Batman could enter the fight knowing what to expect from his opponent and perhaps even discovering a weakness or two.
Bruce could do what Billy Butcher did and have incriminating information on hand to blackmail Vought intocalling off Black Noir if the fight doesn’t go in Bruce’s favor.
And if Batman comes across Starlight, he might be able to discover black newhires allergy to tree nuts. One trip to a convenient store and a fist full of money later, Batman stands a really fighting chance against the superhuman ninja.
Admirably, if Batman and Black Noir we’re both randomly dropped into a room and forced to fight, I think Black Noir has the better chance of winning. But I think, if given time, Batman’s strategic mind could win him the day.

Even if Batman knew Black Noir's nut allergy, what is he going to do about it? BN is faster than a car, feels no pain, super strong and durable, Batman is no Queen Maeve to shove it down his throat. Black Noir wins it and it wouldn't be particularly close. Also Black Noir would go for the kill.
Well, yes true, but Batman is still very smart. He will definitely figure out a way to put it in his system. Wether that’d be using a syringe, bombing until his flesh is exposed, and then using that to an advantage, and others.

For the TV and DCEU versions I agree, it’s a win for Noir a vast majority of the time.
For the comics it does depend a bit on if Batman gets prep time and how well Vought hides Black Noirs secrets. With that it changes the fight a bit,. It also depends on if Batman can access his alternate suits.
But a straight up fight is a god stomp for Noir.

It's gonna be difficult for noir to touch batman when Bruce is grappling around the battlefield and throwing sticky bombs and batarangs at him.

Honestly, you can see the effort put into these videos, but they almost always seem bias and Incredibly repetitive, and often just seem to forget massive feats performed by either character. As good as the videos are, and as entertaining as they are the effort put in isn't sufficient, it's there, but it's not enough to make a proper video.
The part people forget is that Batman is a genius that is his superpower, Batman would have known, he can’t beat black noir and just escaped, EVEN in a random scenario since Batman has encountered people like this before.

Well tbh, Black Noir does have one main weakness… his tree nut allergy. So Bruce might not be able to directly physically harm him due to Noir being stronger, tougher and particularly faster and he probably has a similar amount of skill & strategic knowledge… but Bruce is most likely far more intelligent. And all he’d need really is an almond joy or snickers bar to take him out by taking advantage of his allergy. Although perhaps Batman should use his armoured exo-suit as well to hold Noir down long enough to shove a snickers bar down his throat.

In the past (specifically in under the red hood) it has been shown that batman has explosives that can blow the head off of a being that stole supermans powers called Amazo. If batman uses that stuff then Black Noir doesn't stand a chance. He can be as resistant to pain as he wants and can regenerate as fast as he wants, If his head is gone, i think he lost.

While I disagree with the outcome, it's definitely the closest fight in the The Seven VS. The Justice League debate, Superman wrecks Homelander, Flash wrecks A-Train, Wonder Woman wrecks Queen Maeve, Aquaman *demolishes* The Deep. This one, however, Batman VS. Black Noir, this is actually quite an even fight.
It's somewhat even while yes their equal in terms of martial arts skills, and while yes Black Noir has the better physical stats, Batman is the smarter one basically if Batman can figure out during the fight Black Noir's weakness aka the nut allergy most likely if they end up in a supermarket and a Black Noir dodges a either a jar nut powder, or a jar of nut butter that Batman throws at him Batman will figure out the weakness and start mid-fight figuring out a way to capitalize on it most likely by lacing his batarangs with the nut powder, or nut butter and then he'll change tactics from beating Black Noir in a straight up fight to trying to cut Black Noir that he way can insure the nut powder, or nut butter gets injected into his bloodstream now given that Black Noir can't feel pain he'll think Batman was being a fool and has lost, but Batman will now be trying to prolong the fight and give time for Black Noir's weakness to take full effect.

I'm a big fan of Danco, but Batman should have won. That heavy armour suit Batman wore when he fought Superman negates any durability or strength advantage Black Noir has. In that suit, he was tackled through a building! With all else equalized, Batman wins with superior fight IQ and weaponry.

The warehouse scene is the only one he actually looks like a skilled fighter in, the rest of his fights look clunky and more like a brawler than a skilled fighter. Also even if you were stronger it’s more efficient to use martial arts to get the job done quicker rather than trying to brawl your way through your foes. By any means DCEU Batman is a garbage martial artist compared to comic Batman.

Batman won't go toe to toe with a guy without knowing at least a little about his enemy. Having said that, he'll have discerned Black Noir's nut allergy and easily weaponize it. Batman takes this one in under 3 mins
