Awesome explanation. I had similar introspective last year and shortlisted flat with two EAST facing balcony for sunrise view in BLR. Cross ventilation is not there but has 65 meter open space between balcony and building in front. In between there is amenity space for both buildings.

@Rohan Bhardhwaj I find your videos extremely helpful and practical but wont agree with your today's video as my practical exprience of staying on 14th floor in Greater noida (west) is slightly different. I have balcony in East, South east and find it extremely helpful because of below two reasons:
a)- During summers sun movement is from east to west so by 11am sun is above my tower and my balcony doesnt get heated
b)- During winters sun follows east-south-west direction so there is direct sunlight and visible sun till 4:30pm and aged ppl including me 😂 have guilty pleasures spending time in balcony.
This not only help us stay warm in winters but keep my flat cool during summers.
One more point, if builder missed to offer balcony in opposite direction then having main door in opposite direction also offers great cross ventilation.
