Hi sir I am from Mumbai Maharashtra, my relative stay in SRA , her mother and father was dead and his sister is ready for NOC , but society not cooperate with him , father's name is eligible in annexur 2 and received allotment letter from developer but 14:52 secretary told him to bring builder agreement , which developer not done of every one ,and also told him to realese deed make on ₹ 2100 stamp paper and expense about 7500 rs please guide me and is there developer agreement is necessary in this case ? because when I meet him and told where written in bylaws that agreement in require then he told if 2 witness of society is there than ok

What r u trying to say? You should get a lawyer to draft your will and he will register it.Or find will drafts on internet and draft it yourself, go to subregistrar office and register it.

Agar papa se buy Kiya tha to koi Agreement for Sale hoga. Payment Kiya hoga. Sale Deed hogi. Aap unse ye documents dikhane kaho.

Father ke expir hone ke bad property apne naam karna jaruri hai kya agar apne naam transfer na karay to koi problem to nahi future keliye
You can't sell..if you have other class I heirs it can't get transferred on your name alone
