Oh and you can solve that mag release problem with a FVG , magpul has nice ones . A little training with that firearm and it wont be an issue anymore .
Correct me if I'm wrong. Aren't you allowed to use a 10 round glock mag to a kel tec sub 2000 which only allows 5 round in the mag. Or does it only apply if the mag is meant for hand gun use and you can use it to a rifle and not the other way around?
Heyy Canadian here! I'm about to buy the same Vector on sale. Would u consider the 16 in barrel (knowing its a short rifle) & can we get a hold of replacement lower receivers (9mm etc)?
No you don't friend. For rimfires or manual action centerfires it just has to be 26"over all length or greater. Centerfires it is 18.5" barrel length for semi autos. I can see how you are confused about that though, the didn't make it simple when they implemented the firearms act in the 1990s.
Since Kriss vector offers the 8 inch version without a stock for americans, it means that the magazines are compatible with a pistol, so we're limited to 10 rounds only ;-;
I was really intrigued by these but have gone off the idea due to the offset distance between the sights and the barrel. Also, anyone notice how it just looks like a handgun with a add on stock?
Can get it in different styles. Got 22 rifle version. Put my own scopes on her. She is perfect. Fun accurate gun. No recoil. 400 drum. And you just can shoot
I'm actually kind of confused by this gun. I think it's because it's longer than 26 inches in total that it's nonrestricted, but the 9mm version that looks the same is restricted and you have to get this big ass barrel on the end to make it nonrestricted. They'll probably ban it in a year.
Waiting for your cleaning video! I want see how easy to cleaning this nice rifle.Im in calgary thinking get this one too.
Agree 100% about this vs the GSG-16

Hey man thinking about grabbing one, what do you think after running rounds in it?
Good for you, I've been looking to buy a 22lr vector for months but I've never been able to find one in store or online
Even in Ukraine it’s an easy task. Where do you live so it seems to be impossible to find one?
@@OlehKushnjr U.S.A. michigan to be precise
@@srtallday3655 I can find em all day in Canada west coast
@@srtallday3655 hopefully u found one bro
would the kriss 30 magazines made specifically for the vectors be allowed
Limited to 10 rounds. Thats the big drawback for me.

Yup. Pistol magazines can be used in a rifle in canada
Does the velocity of the ammo makes a difference? I’m thinking of getting 1700 FPS or 1200 FPS would be the same results?
Go with cci stingers , they tend to feed well with good quality guns

I personally would get the 8.5" version but different people like different things. I don't think the receivers are swappable.
you could get a replacement lower but that wouldnt help you much considering u would still have a 22lr barrel
Why is missing the cap on the end of the grip?
COOL !!!
A shoulder fired pistol....................................
my1 come today same gun ........but pistol grib is empty ......there isnt anything come inside box to put there!!! u know why?
you can Use the Magpul inserts that come in magpul pistol grips. im not sure if they sell them separate. but i had a spare one laying around
Is there a way to buy the barrel separately ?
I though you had to have the 16inch barrel for it to be no restricted

@@212driller ok thanks
Can you get higher cap mags since its a rim fire? Because the gsg 16 can have 22 round mags.

The sbr got registered with the government as a pistol for some reason so it can only hold 10
At least I saw another video and the guy said that
@@gbandz5995 Wasn't for "some reason" its because kirss vector makes a version of the 8 inch without a stock so it can be sold as a pistol in america.

Man I had a gen1 45 and it jamed all the time
Real jealous Canadians can get short barrel rifles, the 16 inch Vector in the states is such an eye sore.

@@giobikefans its because a 22 is a rimfire we have different laws for rim and centerfire rifles here. makes no sense if you ask me
Lucky bugger , I went to get one and they were all gone
Бессмыслица же.
Sucks these made the ban list in Canada.
Still available as of today.
Hmmm these are like over 1000$ after taxes..
Worth every penny.
