Re title: my schedule hasn’t been as consistent with the kids out of school for the summer and my wife starting her first full time job so I decided to just put heavier single reps in this video. The weights are still moving ok with some days being harder than others, but that’s the way it goes! We continue to put forth the effort in hopes it will pay off (and become easier aka gaining strength) in the future.

My noti gang saved me! Thank you to those 7 people who commented in the first 30 seconds that the upload was wrong. Just to let you know what happened… I started uploading the different sections of video (family, fitness, fishing) to see if anything gets flagged for copyright. This is much easier than me uploading an entire video (longer time for RUclips to process and flag for copyright) then going back to figure out what was copyrighted. Error fixed with minimal damage. I did some strength reps last week. 45x10, 65x8, 85x5x5 (that wasn’t easy!)
Also, I felt bad. My older brother & his friends were benching in the basement. I came back from cheer practice and was still in my uniform. My bro convinced me to bench with them. After warming up, I got my usual 95x3. His friends who def outweigh me could only get it for 1 rep. It was my brother’s prank on them, but I actually felt bad.😢

Hi! How do you warm up? I keep having shoulder pain when I do upper body movements, and I honestly feel unstable while doing most lifts. Do you have any advice? Thanks!
if you get shoulder pain, try lowering weight or intensity and work on form and rom
Try working on your form and keeping that tight. Use a weight heavy enough to make your body figure out how to plant itself, but light enough to be able to make small adjustments.

Hey Long question you could possibly answer in your next video. Would you ever consider adding elbow sleeves or even wrist wrap? Just curious, could benefit you.
I’ve never tried these items. They could benefit me, I’m just stubborn and want to stay as raw and natural as possible. If I start needing stuff to bench more, I’ll just start benching less.

I don’t do anything specifically for that, just warm up and listen to your body. If you’re injured, take time off until your body is ready again.
Do you normally track your food and eat 0.8g per BW of protein?

Yea
And just your function overall but this guy's very smart because we seen him do cable machines and calisthenics which beat everything else pretty much except gymnastics rings and kettlebell. Plus he was showing he can pull-up and do a lot of tricep work but his back is responsible for his benching more than his triceps are
