I prefer the padded and is just gives that bit of cushion that I prefer. But I don’t want it so padded that it affects the feel on the ball. That’s why I am such a fan of the Mizuno Morelia neo

Most size charts have cm included in them. Just check on the boots size chart which size matches your measurement.

I can’t say for sure but adidas has a good history of making solid boots so it’s unlikely in my opinion.

Again I can’t tel you for sure. Hard surfaces will definitely wear them out faster than a nice soft ground.
