    • @desmondschneider5397
      @desmondschneider5397 2 года назад +7

      @@Kasiarzynka There are. If you twist a corner, solving it will leave a corner twisted. If I scramble a cube, it can always be solved. If I twist a corner, it’s impossible without retwisting it. This can be further confirmed by the Bluetooth cube. If I twist a corner, I will not be allowed to calibrate it like that. It’ll say “Oops, looks like a corner has been twisted!” And won’t be solvable until I twist the corner back and resolve it so I can calibrate it.

Also I saw cubing the same way I saw math because both needs you to play within certain rules and there is just one absolute conclusion in evey situation or problem. I thought it'll be hard for me then cause I'm not good in math at all, instead I excel in arts which is kinda the opposite of math. But I guess I'm not so right as a kid, because now I can solve different cubes pretty decently although I'm still really stupid with math lol.

    6 is half true, you can actually solve it through math. You have plane algorithms, and you have mathematical algorithms. Both can be used to solve a Rubik’s Cube.

    wouldn't it be easier to just reassemble the cube rather than peeling of the stickers?
    Back when I don't know how to solve a cube, I just break it apart and reassemble it. I didn't even think of peeling off the stickers because it will ruin the thing, lol

    I recently brought rubiks cubes in class. My classmates would go to me, ask me if they can scramble the cube, and I'll allow them. At first it was fun, I was solving rubiks cubes for the whole day. I then brought my 7x7 and let them scramble it. One solve, two solves, three solves, "gosh this is getting tiresome isn't it" I thought to myself. 2 days later and I'm still solving the 7x7 again and again lol.
    Glad they ask for permission though

      @LIXOUALeBg when you are solving as fast as some people do it can get caught and flipped. I've done it myself and it's pretty easy to do with speed cubes since they're inherently looser

    Once, in middle school, I lent my cube to someone. Then, after a few minutes, I saw kids kicking and crushing little cubes around all over the playground. I was in denial thinking surely it was someone else's cube. Turns out they played ball with my cube, it fell, broke, and they figured they might as well have fun with the remains. No one even bothered telling me before I went to ask about it. It was the worst, but not the first nor last time I lent my my cube and got it back broken. Until I resolved never to lend a cube to anyone again.
