FISH STORE TOUR! NEW DISCUS FISH!

In this video, we go on not only one fish store tour, but TWO fish store tours! First we go Aqua Hut in Coram, New York and then go to Country Critters in Patchogue, New York. We had a bunch of fun with or friends looking at amazing exotic fish and even purchased some new Discus fish! This is a longer video, but it is one of my favorites!

Yep! Predatory Fins will be about 15 minutes away from my house. Super excited to make it one of my everyday fish stores. Definitely will shoot a lot of content there too.

What do you see exactly that makes you say that?

@@LongIslandFishGuy they should not have that longated body shape. The eye's are too big for the body size. They should not turn dark.even in a shop tank

Man I miss Aqua Hut and Don since moving to NC. He always had rare interesting stock and his prices were unbelievable.

Nice pick ups! Those discus really brighten up from when they were in the store even though they’re still in QT. Sure they’ll be just as active as your others once they’re in the 75

Not sure if this video really captures the water/humidity damaged ceiling at this fine establishment …I love going there on a cold winter day and opening the door to get blasted with a wall of warm tropical air.

What's best store on the island to buy or find pure strain guppies?

I’m really not a guppy expert, but I would suggest finding a local breeder rather than a fish store. Only way to guarantee a pure strain.
