I Built a Small Town Using Blueprints in Satisfactory

- This is the 4th and final episode on my Turboville factory build in Satisfactory Update 7. I used blueprints to make neighborhoods, drone "hangars", and a subway system for trains. It turned out awesome! Be sure to check out the previous 3 videos in this Satisfactory let's play series.
This huge turbo motor factory also makes cooling systems and 120 heat sinks per minute. My playthrough is at the very last milestone and this factory will let me complete all of the milestones with only 2 of the Phase 4 space elevator parts remaining.
This build uses blenders, manufacturers, assemblers, drones, trains, and trucks and gives a bunch of Satisfactory tips on factory design ideas, ways to hide your power lines, and how to finetune your placement when building.

Super creative as always, so much inspiration for my own builds!
Thanks Matthew! Good luck on whatever you have cooking
Animals and Fauna are the same thing. lol Love your videos! My kids and I always enjoy watching.
Haha. Did I say animals and fauna? Whoops. I guess they didn’t cover that in my PhD program. Glad you like them and even more glad that your kids do!
Keep the videos coming man. You are, by far, my favorite new Satisfactory watch! Very creative and entertaining!
Thanks king! Very motivating and I am definitely going to keep 'em coming
That’s dope. I’ve been making my home base into a cityscape with small skyscrapers and such
Thanks boss! I bet looks cool
As usual. Absolutely awesome.
Thanks Rick. This was a fun one….one of the first times I have considered looking into mods for design purposes, but didn’t pull the trigger. Maybe I will come back someday and fill it up even more
press R to switch to blueprint mode when placing blueprints to have it snap
I would have had to have been taking coyote bong rips not to try that already! I tried it both ways but it still sucked. I think it was because I was snapping half foundations, which still seems to be a little funky
This turned out to be such a cool build! I'm looking forward to whatever you come up with next!
Thanks Holo! I have my thinking cap on. I am probably going to do a few tutorial type videos, but will definitely getting to a big no waste nuclear power build pretty soon. Now I just need to find a good theme…
@@DrLootCrate I've only done it on a small scale so far but recycling turned out to be much more fun than I expected though the time investment in set up was huge. Once you have it running though it's not quite that bad expanding so the payoff and in adding a ton of power to your system is huge. Something involving like a military or security theme seems fitting for a nuclear power station... Throw in some nuclear nobelisk making for extra thematic effect ;)
Not my style but wow!! cool build for sure.
Thanks dude!
Wow ... very inspiring!
press r for blueprint mode and they will snap
believe me dude...I try it every which way but thanks for the heads up. I think the problem is based on snapping to half foundations. Those seem to still be a bit wonky to work with.
@@DrLootCrate Ya it took me 3 days before I found that out, I was pulling my hair out cause some of these blueprints you down load are in multiple sections, thought it was just me hahah
@@Vashtstamped no way. Not just you. I have definitely torn down my share of really big blueprints from putting them down wrong
