Hey nice review. Wanted to ask, you pull a 1:2 ratio for your coffee in your pop up, any reason why you don’t pull a 1:1 or 1:1.5 instead?
I pull a 1:2 with the coffee I use because it is a more rounded and well balanced shot. I go for a 1:2 ratio in about 27-30 seconds but 31 seconds was perfect dialing in that event
What burrs would you recommend to put in this grinder for high clarity?
