Red one sounds deeper. As for quality of sound the Meistershaft is a little bit better, but i dont think theres a 2900$ difference. If it was me i would just chop it for 100$.
P. T. No in my opinion there is no 2900 difference... You destroy a complete bmw exhaust for 100€ .... The one with The orange m3 has now one Stock exhaust and when He sell his m3 He can Build it back and can sell The Meisterschaft extra ... The red one has to find a buyer with no kats and so on ... for me The orange one Sounds way better ( Not The revs , they Sound really simmillar ) but when they Are driving there is a Big difference

P. T. A Stock ehaust is very expensive , that is my Point ... so you destroy a 4000€ exhaust and say , hey only 100€...
In Germany it is illegal to Open The exhaust and delete the KAT and other stuff...
You loose your insurence when You do illegal Tuning and Then You have a very Big Problem with The law ... and when You got bustet You only have a 4000€ destroyed exhaust ...

The money people pay for aftermarket exhaust is absurd. I drive an M5 F10 and would not spend 5k on an exhaust system. Money spent better elsewhere. Custom all the way.

Some countries like Germany you won't be driving for too long with a straight piped car. Police to strict. So for us it's the only option to buy aftermarket exhausts

Orange is better. Has a quality tuned sound. Not just loud and crackily for the sole purpose of being loud.

Honestly they sound super similar. Yours have a bit of crackle and pop after back pressure. His sound slightly more crisp. I'd go the $100 route in this comparison.

I really think they are super similar, really only a car enthusiast would really know the difference. But I do like the authenticity sound of the 3000 it’s like if you hear a AMG verses a M car of course you can tune it to sound like anything but a person that really looks in detail would know that the AMG is not a natural authentic sound it was tuned to sound that way.

I preferred the red bmw sound it feels more aggressive more deep, i had a camaro with straight pipes with no muffler no catalytic converters, i installed headers and flow-masters to it sound so so aggressive and noisy i love aggressive cars its more like a supercar my next step its to put it a high airflow system with turbo to and finally make it supercharged to.

they honestly sound very much the same 100$ setup would defiantly the way I'd go.
For the carbon roof, if you want to fix it, wet sand, 1,500 grit, then polish and wax. You gotta do the entire thing so it all looks good, but it’s worth

The best sounding axleback on a 335 is a muffler delete, so save your money. The only reason you want to pay over 1000$ on a axleback is if you want 5hp and a tiny bit louder (change the high pitch tone of the stock mufflers).
The red one looks more clean but orange sounds better.
stock exhaust depending on car can still be a restriction though. 2 inch piping isn't going to flow like 3 inch can or bigger.

Your exhaust would have no connection to you burning oil. Burning oil is a combustion issue exhaust is a result of combustion. A custom exhaust allows for better flow for more consistent combustion thus more power.

Taylor Faciane no he didnt. the sound is what you pay for, and they sound worlds different. LRP m3 also (you cant see the diff) allows much more gases to flow through the exhaust at ease, and it has a tuned sound to it. on my old e46 m3 there were 7000$ super stepped sprint headers.
