So for a 25 its cost more money (probably about 5k), no key pad (extra $500 and dealer installed), lariats don’t come with leather seats, no ambient lighting in the back, no washer on the front camera, higher trim levels don’t have camera or sensors on the top of the tailgate… what did I miss? On my 23, I like all of the buttons above my infotainment screen. I saw a lariat window sticker recently that added $375 for the tailgate step.
You mean the vehicle identification number tells you everything about the vehicle 😮 also the transport mode is only supposed to be deactivated upon delivery to customer not during pdi
Great content, as always! I need some advice: I have a SafePal wallet with USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (mistake turkey blossom warfare blade until bachelor fall squeeze today flee guitar). How can I transfer them to Binance?
One of the dumbest things ford has ever done I've had it on my last two trucks. But you can have it added at the dealership. All that money and you have to hand over more if you want the option.
Agreed, but I think a majority will go to businesses that use it to tow(construction, landscaping, farming, etc) and for those that need it to haul a camper, they aren’t worried about paying for the truck if they have a camper that big. I wouldn’t think most people are going to use this as a daily commuter or grocery getter
@@kyleblair4764 Soooo now instead of saving up to finally get that camper you want you gotta save for another couple of years for the more expensive truck now as well.
@@jamesgray143 OR You can buy a normal size camper and pull it with a normal sized truck if that’s your budget. I pull a 32 ft camper with a half ton eco boost all day. I also use a 3500 Cummins dually for hauling cattle trailer. I highly recommended dually for comfort and stability, but it’s not a requirement. If you need this size truck to pull your camper, you are basically hauling a second home
@@jamesgray143 Saving money to make large purchases is not something new, at least it shouldn't be. You also don't need this trim level to tow a large camper. We are looking at a Ram 3500 with cummins DRW for less than 55K and if we decide the 6.4 HEMI is going to work now we are talking less than 45K and these are NEW. MSRP means nothing if you can get it for less. These are not being marketed as "the peoples car" so not sure why everyone thinks they should be cheap.
The story of 2025 is pay more and get less. How you could get a platinum with all the bells and whistles in 2018 for around $70k and now a lariat is close to $100k is just ridiculous.
Not specific to Ford, but as others have pointed out, there’s no way these can keep selling at the clip Ford, GM and Ram are accustomed to. Very few people can afford a 100k pick up not to mention the spiraling costs of Insurance, Maintenance, etc. I bought a Bronco 2 years ago at 50k and question the wisdom of that every month. I think dark days are ahead for the industry.
In my opinion the film that is on the stereo should be removed by whoever buys the vehicle. It would be like buying a cell phone & someone already removed the protective film off the screen prior to you buying it. 100k for a truck & it doesn't come with a sprayed in bed liner, imo that's ridiculous.
Companies are supposed to improve there products each year to compete against other companies so we choose them over someone not improving. instead all companies make small adjustments and improvements each year and then increase the price saying it's because of the upgrades. So instead of being innovative to compete and win us over they innovate to give an excuse to be greedy. It's ridiculous trucks are ment for blue collar workers.
Six figures, no leather, no reclining rear seats, no ventilated rear seats, no unique wheel, no wonder this is the same ford that put Chevy bed steps in that are higher than the folded running boards. No wonder gm sells more full size trucks
Allegedly those those chin splitters save gas but I can’t stand the look of em, I like my trucks to show ground clearance & stance that thing’s practically touching pavement 🤦♂️
The grill cover is used for cold weather. It restricts air flow and keeps the engine temps warmer.
I was coming to say this. But you got it covered. Mostly that’s something a trucker/hauler will know. Thank you.
@Abuzac me too I'm surprised it comes with the truck.
Is invoice pricing different than sticker pricing?
Yes depending on options and msrp it’s anywhere between 5k-14k
Omg yes, big difference in pricing

Literally saw the beginning of this video and was like sweet it looks cheaper so they could lower the price for people. Haha boy was I wrong.
@ consumers will have to pay for the UAW raises because profit margins can’t suffer…
Not wrong, good points

For a 100k I would expect to have a sprayed in bed liner.
The factory liner sucks and it delays delivery a few weeks
What exactly is invoice pricing?

That’s a winter front, not to keep snow out but to not allow cold air in. Diesels don’t build heat easily, so whatever you have you want to keep it
Too bad ford decided to delete the key code pad off the trucks
I mean the point was to leave your keys and phone in the car when you needed to. Such a bummer

The dealer installed one is trash. I had one on my bronco sticks on with double sided tape.
3:48 speckles? LOL
Does ford think that we have all this money in the bank? People can’t even buy a house

Or get a XL version or a one that's less flashy

Please correct me if I’m wrong, but I thought Ford was going to stop putting leather seats in the Lariat trim level.
They did, those seats are fake leather. I forgot what they call it.
Your audio is too low. When an ad comes on it’s so loud because I have to have the volume up high enough to hear.

that is half of what i paid for my house HOLLY CRAP i would not want to be paying for a truck for 15 years.
Bragging about $100,000.00 ?
The fact that I could afford my 22 powerstroke buy can't afford a 25 is concerning.

Sorry Mitchell, I'll take this with as little as chrome as possible and painted RED!

Too big, too much money.
That lower cover is made for country that gets a lot of snow, wind and drifts. Very impractical.
