Hey everyone! Been a while since I put together an exercise montage, so here's a list of exercises I put together with only a pull-up bar and dip handles. Just two pieces of equipment - or one, if you have a tower like BULLBAR 2.0 - and you have yourself a whole lifetime of fitness at your fingertips, for real! I hope this video illustrates that. Like I mentioned near the end of the video, I could have easily taken it to 40 exercises or beyond, but truth is... I got pretty tired after 33 sets! 🤣 Hope you enjoy!

You could do many more with the resistance band. I added a gym ring, now i can do different progression of row at different heights. Lower the ring and Push up using the gym ring. Pelican curl with the ring.
People want to knock on this but how versatile it is, man. Worth the money.
Forgot to add, i added a double ended bag for fun and it works. Hahahah.
The music blows, it's annoying. It just wasn't necessary to add the music. It makes you not want to watch the video. The crazy thing is that its a great video if you put it on mute.

So much flex in the machine when doing the exercises. If you hadn't been going so slow it would have been way worse. They definitely need to increase the rigidity.
yeah seeing it swing and wobble when he was doing the one-arm hang was like an anti-sponsorship, it made me want to avoid the product. especially as i'm 6'4, and a bar that's only 7 feet tall is like... 8 inches above my head, kind of unworkable for tall people.

I am 5'6", 205lbs. That bitch wobble enough that I wish it was stolen off my hand.
But otherwise, this thing is a beast regardless of how you look at it.
Just like the video, I did a lot of exercises but my son did more exercises.
Best thing about this is the overall how portable this bitch is and versatile it is.
You want to work outside, boom. You want it in your living room, boom. You want it in your son room, boom. Shoot, I might take it into my bathroom if there is enough space there, shit and then workout out and shit and you knek the rest.
Joking aside. I got a lot of exercises equipment, but this one, omg, next level.
For the cost, it is worth it. Not only that the owner is very responsive to your needs. I broke one of the locking pin at the leg, and boom, got a new leg.
So go ahead and try doing that with any of Amazon product. Hahahah.
Oh, my guess, if any is broken or what not. There a lifetime warranty if i am correct. After examing the equipment, I find it is easy to unscrew and put in the new part. Again, no Amazon will do that.
This is built for long term use. Currently i have it at the corner of the living room.

Hey i dont know if this is too much to ask for but could you make a video documenting your calisthenics exact routine(that you use regularly and no varied workouts)and the days. I know in the past you put out a few videos here about some routines but i would like to get a physique exactly like yours by training with your program. Could you please do this?

Hey there. Sure, I can make that video soon-ish. Probably sometime in May it’ll publish. But to give you some info up front to get started, I’ve been doing a 4-day upper/lower body split. For example: Monday - Upper body, Wednesday- Lower body, Friday - Upper body, Saturday - Lower body. The other 3 days are cardio and stretch. Usually cardio is LISS, like a long walk or bike ride. The resistance training sometimes changes to Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri with cardio on Wed and the weekend.
As for sets and reps, I’ve been adding weight to upper body exercises as much as possible. Weighted pull ups, dips, push ups. For lower body I do plyometrics. A workout is 3 upper or lower body exercises plus 1 core exercise, 5 sets of each, 2 min rest between sets.
I’ll get this program into my app and then make the video. Thanks for the idea!

Go for it! I do pull ups and front levers on the train too. I use the luggage rack. But only when the conductor isn’t around 😁
I watched your video about exzema. How was it after 2 years?
Still gone 😁 I include celery in my diet every day, but usually just as a few ribs chopped up in a salad. I do juice celery now and then but no longer every day.

Not really. I was aiming for 30 and then had a few more ideas. 33 sounded nice to me for some reason, so I just stopped there.

Mine’s held up great so far. I’ve had it for nearly a year now and use it several times a week. It’s great for virtually everything except explosive/kipping exercises.
