    Anyone else's sound cut after 2 mins? Comes back at like 15.

      Exactly. This is the whole point. This is how you really meditate. Ideally you will need to end up with a silent meditation. I have used these vids for 2 years but now i have switched to pure silence meditation (actually I use white noise to eliminate external sounds). This is how you practice resilience/mental toughness of your mind. I remember when I just started to meditate I tried to sit for 1 hour straight and almost got mad! I just couldn't do it, was sweating like hell because my mind was going very nervous by sitting still and just doing nothing. Now, 2 years later of very consistent practice I can sit still in pure silence for 90 minutes, being aware of myself (without falling asleep or being over-excited). So the sooner you start to reject all kind of guided meditations - the better for your mind. It will become much more calm, controlled and resilient to stress. Just be extremely consistent and do it every single day! (this is the HARDEST part actually). Hope it helps! :)

      @@Trackman2007 Please don't dogmatize meditation. It is always what you wish reach as a goal. I too switched to silent meditation, also have had really deep experiences with guided meditation. There is no right and wrong, only the way to more awareness of oneself

    Don’t do this meditation! It has extremely jarring ads 20 something minutes in!!!
