  • In this video mortician/embalmer Tracy explains, for the benefit of Ginger, what happens when a person dies and remains in (warm) water after death. We hope this video brings Ginger some peace and closure.
    It's not uncommon to need to know explicit details when a loved one dies, especially if the death is unexpected or the body is not able to be viewed. Often, knowing the truth of the matter can bring comfort.
    We encourage anyone with questions surrounding the details of a loved one's death to check in with the funeral director involved and maybe they can put your mind at ease.
    Losing someone close is never easy, but imagining all of the worst case scenarios can often make the prolonged trauma feel far more haunting.
    Take care lovely people,
    'til next time,
    T & T xx'

    Thank u Trish and Tracy for covering this. It was no worse hearing this than it was imagining it for the last bunch of years. It's been long enough now, that I am no longer traumatized. Now I can quit speculating as well. Thank u ladies for allowing me to ask the question. U guys r awesome, respectful and sensitive to everyone's feelings. Wish there were more like u both🥰

    Speaking of Matthew Perry, would you expect much breakdown for someone who was deceased in a jacuzzi/hot bath for only a few hours before removal? It sounds like at most 2 hours passed from when he was last seen alive to when he was found dead under hot water. Does marked decomp and disfigurement happen that fast?

    • @Areyoudyingtoknow

    • @Areyoudyingtoknow
      @Areyoudyingtoknow  10 месяцев назад +1

      Hi, all depends on the extent of injuries and trauma but generally yes we can improvise. For example if an arm is missing I could make a false one and place it in the sleeves of the clothing given the illusion the arm is still there. Thanks for you question take care 😊💚

    Considering death in a spa, my two main thoughts were around the temperature of the water and the aeration of the water (both over a prolonged period if the spa kept running). Guessing the movement of the water and all the bubbles would assist the skin slip. Would the bubbling water help or hinder, i.e. accelerate or slow decomposition? 🤔 Thanks T&T!

    • @Areyoudyingtoknow
      @Areyoudyingtoknow  10 месяцев назад +1

      It would all depend on the temperature but more that likely accelerate. Take care 😊💚
