Thanks! That was fun and educational. I like where the camera was as you didn't need to keep moving it around and I felt like I was right there on the boat. Very helpful for me. I just purchased my first boat ever (after 66 years on the planet), a 1985 Catalina 22!
It was attached to the stern rail. I have since built a PVC pipe extension so the camera will be an extra 4 feet behind the stern. I'm using a GoPro 10 model and like its ability to keep the horizon level when the camera is heeled with the hull!
I have my own industrial sewing machine, so all of the canvas I made. There are 2 videos where I fixed 2 mainsails and I'm just ready to cut down to size a spinnaker from 48 tall to 36 foot for the sovereign boat in 3 other videos.

Is the companion way slats cover something you made or purchased? I really like it and how nicely it protects the slats.
