Cammy Balance Patch Overview

Overall buffs across the board with 1 pretty significant nerf. What do you guys think about this seasons Cammy?
I think she's still a top 8ish character that will be seen in the CPT circuit.

I don’t even think it’s going to be that bad because you can’t really react with it anyway. Most of these changes just seem odd and slightly disappointing

You can def react on a hunch, you input the qcb in neutral and when you see the start up, you press hp on reaction and she will beat projectiles with like a 90% succesrate into punish counter. Now, with 3 frames less invincibility, its gonna be harder, you need to be further away from the zoner…but she wants to be closer, so its def a real nerf, I do think this will hurt her against projectile zoners. Overall shes a bit stronger though, against the other match ups

@@iZonkGaming2021 Honestly going against an akuma fireball spammer day 1 of the patch coming out I REALLY felt this nerf hard. I'm sure i'll get used to the timing again but it's certainly something i'll have to do

Yea the heavy spin knuckle nerf was not nessecary. If they wanted to nerf it, they should nerf the +3 on block…not the anti fireball traits imo

Well the lvl 1 and 3 clesrly have more utility but its still welcome for a low dmg char!

@mahjongfreak i did! Brushed over it with the hooligan follow ups, most were about combo counts etc, not that interesting but youre right, that is a bit of a nerf though still side switches with oki

Great a character that wasn't winning any major, or terrorizing online like JP, KEN and LUKE got nerf, that makes zero sense but hey thanks for the nearly insignificant buffs she got......Punk crying for help ended finishing her tournament career pretty much.

I think shes good enough to win, maybe not the best but still right there..jp and luke got hammered, deejay got completely stripped, Cammy is still strong imo
