i know this is a bit old, but I just wanted to say that this loses to 5-frame DPs with frame 1 air invincibility. +42 is generally what most characters want for an actual safe jump. It just so happens that using light spiral arrow makes this work.
U should add the parry option select into every safe jump to be more optimal. If ur about to be burnout could be a lifesaver or reload ur meter to give u an extra DRC, try it. ✌🏽

Had written down the manual ones, now less of my brain space is going to be taken. 🙏 I have a request, if possible, could you delve a bit deeper about the Cammy's target combo? I feel that when you have conditioned your opponent well enough it can be used in certain scenarios, would love heart your spin on it.
The drive rush part is the important one you can just do auto heavy button drive rush into crouching heavy button back heavy button into sp arrow 1nd you can get the safe jump
I really like the tech, the only thing though, is that you have to be careful about doing it mid screen because it won't work if they back rise.

To get 42 frame you can change it to L. Arrow. But since most people don't la I just keep it at 41 since it's more dmg

is that just holding parry while you're jumping in?
Yes it is, but u need to hold after ur attack imput and don’t do it to late to avoid perfect parry, we don’t want a perfect parry here
