- Wangan Midnight street-racing anime series character supercut! Kei Aizawa has earned a reputation as the top-ranked racer on the C1 freeway loop. When he's not working as a luxury restaurant host, he is working on his Mk4 Toyota Supra and honing his driving skills on the deadly C1 loopline. But defending his title on C1 alone is simply not enough for him. Kei's goal is to become the fastest on ALL the Wangan loops, risking everything to follow in the footsteps of his late father Koichi, who drove a street-lethal Celica Supra, and was known as the "Ultimate Demon Runner"...But is this what his dad would have wanted? Meanwhile professional tuning shops are beginning to take notice of Kei, and are fixing for a showdown to prove they have what it takes to leave Kei begging for their tuning services. But underneath it all is a promise. A promise those old tuners made to their friend Koichi Aizawa, to ensure his legacy would live on.

As a previous owner of two Z31's, I really appreciate the love that Wangan Midnight gives the least favored Fairlady of the line. Great profile, solid VG 3.0, I have to believe that some amazing tuner cars were built on this base!
My favourite episodes of WM, Kei reminds me a lot of myself I'm just missing the mk4 supra 😅

Looking back, I find the idea of a successful love story unrealistic in the world of street racing. The more experience I get in both my racing and trying to find a working relationship- You can't have both and if you do you're more lucky with that than getting to have any car you want.

Gave up driving myself for just that reason. Now like the old man I tune cars, not for money but for pleasure and a side hustle. I do have a family but I still find time for dumb things. Sometimes you do get lucky and your family understands your passion. Sometimes the gear head gene gets passed right through. My father was a gearhead, I’m a gearhead and my son is too. I do believe it’s genetic

damn i feel like kei except im a biker my friends already quit and im the only one left
Same. But I am slowly quitting though. The adrenaline I once felt is fading after seeing my closest buddies die. I thought they'd guide me in my runs but I feel that they want me to stop so that I don't join them. I've bought a 155cc Scooter recently and felt very satisfied with it. Lots of faster things out there but I don't feel like chasing after them for the adrenaline like I used to. I don't know what you do mate but if it's something illegal like No Rules street racing like me, quit. If it's circuit, as long as there's a fire burning for the passion, keep riding. Drive safely always, man.
You can try stunts on that scooter mate.trust me I had a lot of fun poping baby wheelie after I also lost my passion
@@johncena-cj7ef I don't know if I should be doing wheelies on an NMAX 155 but at least I enjoy my rides hehe. To me that's the true essence of riding, enjoying the drive. It's fun to do some pulls here and there to get the tiny bit of adrenaline going. Not like last time where if someone were to pass me, I'd be downshifting and going after them like nuts ignoring the close calls and near misses/collisions with the others. I still drive my older modified underbone(I'm Asian, sportsbikes are too big and expensive plus the crowd in the Philippines is insane) and do cornering wheelies whenever I can but it's like Kei's friends in the anime. They all stopped cuz it's dangerous and everytime they went out, they wonder if they would ever come back in one piece. I just do it less often now. The passion for adrenaline may be fading but the passion for riding itself shouldn't go along with it. :)

Also if i'm not mistaken, the Blackbird had around 600hp at this point. After Shima lost to the revived Z, Kitami upped the Blackbird's boost. So it's only logical that Akio would drive it like it has 600hp
