This piece feels so intimate, it shows in this performance. The sounds that Chopin managed to bring to life... It's outstanding. One of a kind composer. And Valentina here is brilliant, i was lost in her eyes during this performance.
This is without a doubt my favorite interpretation of this piece! As has been mentioned by others here, the one most notable characteristic of her playing is that she isn't in a rush to get through the pieces she is playing. Her phrasing to me is completely in tune with what I imagine Chopin was thinking. She combines power passion and intensity with sensitivity and compassion.
