Im a professional pianist and a teacher, and base on my interpretations, so far this one is the most precise and the bar is set by valentina so high that other pianists needs to attain. The innate ability of her hands are in another level. This was the version that Chopin wants to portray, maybe His dreaming that someday a person in the future might play it the way Chopin imagines it to be, the fast and romantic one

And among "Western-cultured" people it's a common thing almost -- more and more i see how someone can call Rachmaninoff Rach and so on. It's sad.

Левая рука очень хороша, хотя у Шопена, в основном, правая, НО всегда видно что есть что. Много очень качественного piano - особенно в мелких нотах, что усиливает иллюзию темпа и легкости. И очень качественная педализация.

Valentina is never one to disappoint. The opening Scherzo with its full set of repeats always gives a good impression that makes me want to hear more. In its quieter sections it gives a good foretaste of the Trio that is to follow, and I get a sense that Valentina knows how to hold up energy that will make the return of the Scherzo sound different and more urgent (con fuoco) after the Trio even though the written notes are the same. What is more is that I can’t wait to hear Scherzi #2-4, the Fantaisie-Impromptu, or Rachmaninoff’s Second Sonata.
I found a quiet place at once when I see this video on the homepage of RUclips. This piece is so rarely played, and it’s really the most anticipated one I personally wish Valentina to play. Love you and it’s amazing. This play is compassionate, it hits me with every sentence. Wish you all the best
Opening tempo is perfect and she slows it down very much .This is how music was played in 1830 though it's frowned upon now as being indulgent it shows the character of the musician . Full of surprises, accents ,textures especially!the whole profile feels new True rubato after the opening then the BMajor lullabye
