the tilt tabs are extremely tight as the unit is received. You have to push down on the front of the tab while you pull up hard on the ribbed end of the tabs. we were afraid that we were going to break the plastic tabs.
I have one and I like it but the tilt feature will not lock to the level position. If you put anything on it or touch it , it falls to the tilt position. this doesnt work for most things I cook. Is there something to do to fix this. I tried tightening the screws but they dont seem to move
Both have uneven temperatures across the grill! Sad because all they had to do was to refigure a S or 8 hearing element into a great concept and they would have the market all to themselves!
@@M_Ladd Which ones do you have? I have never seen one that didn't have uneven cooking. Also, there is an advantage to different temperatures. Muti zone cooking can be a great thing.

You mean the uneven heating that ALL electric griddles are known for? There's not one that has even heating.
@@robrobbins4906 The two I have have even heating. That's why I purchased them. Just have to do some research on them! Avoid the cheap model's.
