I love it all other than drive-time access to Brickell Key given the choke points at the bridge and Brickell. Hopefully they consider some traffic management solution with City of Miami (other than private helicopter and powerboat).
Great explanation, David! I wonder if Raffles is thinking of expanding into Miami. That might qualify as the top of your pyramid of hospitality brands with a hotel element.
The location of this building is unlike another in Miami with unparalleled and unobstructed views of the ocean and city skyline. The caveat I see is the exclusivity of the neighborhood. This project will have dozens of mixed level buildings around, in other words, this is not Fisher Island or Palm Beach, so I think the target is business owners or C-suite people actively working in the Downtown Miami area or foreigners looking to park their money in the U.S. like what we see on Billionaires' Row in Manhattan.
Their location on Brickell Key is just absolute perfection.
DSG is the best educated channel on Florida premium real estate.

Hi, do you know the starting $$$? Interested in the Brickell area.
This starts now around $5M. Call me for more information on the prices at Mandarin Oriental
Dubai has better buildings . Those buildings are so ugly .
Nothing really stands out about the architecture. Missed opportunity.
