- As I travel from Bungay to Beccles I reminisce about the job that first brought me to spend a lot of time in East Anglia.
I met some good people that are friends to this day.
But Beccles - the parking is SOOO selfish it's not funny.

The glass ashtray in Cwmbran used to have a water fountain and waterfall going into the flower garden below, they know how good water is for the soul and wellbeing though so switched it off. That and the fact people used to put washing up liquid and bubble bath in it...

Another quaint town. Love it. Cwmbran did have a fountain in the town centre, but it was hideous - as you can imagine. All huge chunks of glass and sculpted concrete. Brutal, as you would say.

The irony of you wearing a lanyard designed specifically to raise awareness of invisible illness & disabilities whilst passing judgment on someone who can walk, parking in a disabled spot😔. You didn't even check to see if they had a blue badge first.
Life's hard enough with a hidden disability, without vindictive scumbags glaring or shouting at you, because they think disabled means you can't use your legs. I have had to abort mission many times because of it. It's actually very frightening! I would gladly give every b@s+@rd who's shouted at, threatened and embarrassed me in a supermarket c.p my constant pain. Let them struggle to do basic things they normally take for granted and battle with the frustration, depression and suicidal ideation that comes with having an invisible, degenerative disorder. See how they cope being bullied publicly on top of all that for being able to walk on that particular day.
You can't see Cancer/Lupus/EDs/M.E/Fibro/POTs/CFs/Rheumatism/Brain injuries/Heart, organ, mental health conditions/Chronic pain etc.
No one knows what someone else might be battling with just by looking at them.
Life's better when people are kinder and less judgemental. You know what a positive difference that can make personally no? People (inc. myself) have been wonderfully supportive, generous and helpful here.
