Nice useful tutorials. One suggestion, giving some more visual cues either instead of or in addition to the pixel numbers would be pretty helpful for those who aren't learning on practice ROMs. Great tutorial overall though and much appreciated!
Great resource! I've always wanted to skip most of the ice palace when playing the SNES version (I dont need the blue mail), and the first two bomb jumps make it possible!
Nope! It just makes it easier to hit the pixels that you're looking for if you know the cues for it. Back when I made this I wasn't able to do the jump that way, so I had to improvise xD
Never thought I would end up learning such a situational bomb jump like the last one. Great job for finding that one! Also superb video.

As somebody who plays on OG hardware... because that is what I've had since 1993... Yes, strong agree here.

Thanks for the awesome vid.
This is amazing thank you so much
also what rom is that where you get infinite hearts or whatever?
Glad you find this useful! The rom I'm using is the Practice Rom from the speedrunning wiki, which you can find on this page: milde.no/lttp/
How to display my position in pixels?
For Jump 5 I see a lot of conversation about “buffering” that jump with menu pauses. Does that affect how pixel perfect you need to be?
