Time audits are such a good idea, I do one every year and every time I am amazed, looking back 4-5 years ago is crazy! Love the idea of blocking out the personal time first and fitting the other 'important stuff' in around it so to speaks great way to balance the important things. Great video, thank you ✌🏻

I wish I’d kept all of them! Never thought of doing that but it, must be so interesting - as life changes you can so well reflect on that and see an old version of you.

Love this very healthy look on having a productive life not doing everything but focusing on the right things. I found time auditing very confrontational and clarifying, I usually underestimate the time I take to do important projects because I don't take into account the time it takes to get into a state of flow. So a very useful exercise to do. Thanks for the awesome video!

Yes that‘s so true! I noticed that I always underestimated the time I actually work on things. For me I could roughly say most takes take me 1.5 -2x the time I think they will take 😂

Love the idea of colouring time well spent. I spent a few days doing daily schedules on a 5 minute interval, it wasn't sustainable, but I learned where I wasted time! Great video, stay awesome!

Thank you! And yes I totally agree, a time audit is not sustainable for long. I only do this every know and than and even though I recommended a full week I am not sure if I ever managed to do this longer than a few days myself 😂 But it is so helpful and crazy to see where all the time goes.
