    I've designed this workout to be super beginner-friendly,
    so even if you're a complete newbie, you can easily follow along.
    And the best part is,
    you can do this routine anywhere since it's all standing exercises.
    No need to worry about being tied down to a specific location.

      Idk how those dumbbells are called, but from a while I've been working out with 2kg and I feel that I need to increase to 3kg to feel the work more. So, yes, I think you can start with the weight you feel comfortable and then increase with time ✨

    Can you plssss do exercises that helps with trapezius muscle reduction?? I’ve tried so many shoulder and arm exercises and it’s so bulky

      Hi:) I think it's because you have weak core or lower back. So try to round your back like a cat pose (engage your abs and scoop your tummy) while doing dead lift pulses.
