You are so brave to share your story! I think you sharing this experience was cathartic for you which will help you heal the trauma. This is crazy. I mean it’s weird to hear about the insurance being only good for certain hospitals, I’m up in Canada so different system.I’m so glad you are better.

@@2SernaWithLove yea here it’s still bad here but it’s just our health system covers more of it. I mean we get screened and covid tested a lot. And if we are positive we get this key code that tracks us. We currently have actual second province wide lockdown and stuff that are non-essential are closed like salons, gyms and other nonessential stores. We have orders of mandatory mask wearing with fines if not. I personally am in nursing school here so I see some of the impact that it is having on long term care homes and it’s truly heartbreaking, cuz majority of people can just retreat to their homes but for them that is home and it’s just rough because they can’t see friends in the home let alone family. So I hope it changes for the better soon for their sakes.
What really surprised me and what I didn’t ask was... the first time you went to hospital did they do covid test on you? Did they ask the screening questions about being abroad 14 days ago? Or had close contact with someone positive? It was kinda vague in your story and I was just curious.

    • @2SernaWithLove

I told them I came in close contact the first time but they kinda ignored it they were gonna test me but didn't idk why

Im so sorry about how ill you got. I got it back in febuary when no one knew what it was i didnt go to the hospital cause no one thought i had it we just thought i was having heart attacks and didnt want me to go to the hospital and get covid. Its probably a good thing i didnt go since they didnt know what they were doing back then. Back i am a long hauler now and since feburary and about every 3 days i get mini heart attacks and am always in joint pain everywhere. We also lost my boyfriends mom dad and 20 yr old son from covid . Its the worst year ever and i hope i wont be disabled for life.
