@Gomenchaiii how do you find out when new gundams are coming out? or how to preorder? ive been using amazon and emptying shelves at my local hobby shop.
@Gomenchaiii aah! thats a great idea for the future when i just wanna build something quick..i glue/putty my parts together when i paint so it doesn't matter if the pegs are shorter at that point, thanks! also ever get crazy enough to paint a 1/60 pg? ive got one but no way im going to paint all those pieces! LOL
@Wizartar Yup. I may ask vektar to help me prime them so I can paint them. lol. I can't stand the standard colors on the HGs...the newer ones have very good color separation though!
Nice looking kit and a great review Kibo. I've the MG version of the Strike and IWSP and its a favorite mobile suit of mine. Have you made any further progress detailing your PG Strike, mine is still waiting to be started (another summer build I think).
Hm, that seamline on the head's pretty much like what you'd see on the Strike Master Grades. I sure hope the Real Grade doesn't have that. In the case of the Strike Noir, it's intentional, but of course, there shouldn't be a gap.
whats the best way to separate pieces? ive begun to sand and paint my newer pieces and im considering taking apart my old ones. i dislike the 1/44s as well however sofar i think that their hands hold things the best and their knees are sturdier than the 1/100hgs
@tc012009 For the PG strike, not yet, but it's in my plans to restart that soon. ^_^ Been on a roll last week finishing 1 HG and 2 SDs and half a 1/144 OOB. lol. Trying to continue the momentum. :)
@Gomenchaiii indeed. kinda intriguing that the HGs are becoming like MG in terms of detail as well. though im still spewing over by the fact i spent the amount of money enough for a standard MG kit on a HG akatsuki. biggest jib of my damn life as a gunpla builder. and the kit was shoddy in terms of snapping together.
The IWSP pack is WIN! Was a little disappoint about the PG Skygrasper not being a proper IWSP. Closest is 1/60 Strike Gundam Striker Weapon System but that's so hard to find. 1/144 are too small, but are great for a fun quick build.
i hate the heads for them seed kits. its horribad with that nasty seam. a number of mg comes with that kinda head build with the seam right in half like the mkII 2.0 mg.
Gosh I love the Strike Rouge. It has a great color, great emblem and by adding "Rouge" makes it sound awesome.

No final thoughts on the kit?
@Wolfenhiem The difference between 2004 vs. 2010 releases is huge! I'm so glad they improved on the quality of HG in recent times. :)

Are you planning to get the RG Strike Gundam, Gom?
@bobsamurai I always try to cut the pegs shorter so it won't be as easy to break when I take them apart.

Awesome job Kibo...Thumbs Up!

@regirock57 Wow, that's fast. haha. Yea, lately less burned out from building kits so I started building again. Just no painting yet. :)
@TheCanadian316 Nah. I'll keep the aile strike pack on the RG strike. Is that what you plan to do?
Do you think you will be reviewing your full armor unicorn in the near future?
I don't think so as the peg connecting them might be different. But I haven't tried.
Trans-AM Strike Rouge!!! lol
I think i rather have the IWSP in MG form.
Great review!
@destinygundam2600 I think the more recent HG releases are better quality. The Delta Plus was amazing!

@Gomenchaiii been distracted with other things. haha
@MrDannii83 Maybe later this year. Since I can't do any airbrushing till later in the year.
i always thought that seam line was an actual panel line on purpose? as in part of the design? am i wrong? lol
@MSGSlayer1 Not until I paint it to see how well I can make it. :) the only real complaint I have as of now is the head gap, and the loose gun.
lol your finally bulding kits haha. I finished all six mg I got last tuesday already xD
@bobsamurai PG takes a lot of paint and time. :D But color separations are the best!!!
@Jasonps3 Yup, got it preordered.
@YADADADADADADAKABOOM but its the seed kits that werent as well engineered. the best hg is usually the uc kits. seed wins in sd tho
@wrecklessemo I'm not sure, but I was just saying it the French way. :) Like strike Noir (black in french)
Been a while since I saw gundam on here.
Do you still build gunpla? Thanks for the review 🙂 thinking of getting this kit 😁. This review is this useful up to this day.
I try to do OOTB builds when I have time but it's hard to find time nowadays. I hope one day I can start airbrushing again. :)
@@Gomenchaiii Yeah 🙂 I know you can find time for that. 😁
@aeminence Yea, felt a little burned out before. :P

new one have blue bandai logo at it, it's a upgraded version
i was told the 1/144 seed kits were horrible
@aeminence well, they're cheap, sometimes well articulated, and take less time and space than an mg. nothing wrong with that.
I also have the same issue with the head. Big disappointment. This pack have more paint job then the I
Others I have 😭

i go to a store to steal this kit for its backpack why i have to do so
i mean my friend's home not a store
@wrecklessemo She's right. I'm Canadian, I know French ;D
@wrecklessemo "rooge" is the the proper way of saying rouge. rogue is pronounced "row-guh"
@zversus It could be. But the size/thickness they made it on this HG is just ugly. hehe
you are probably going to laugh at me but i just shelled out 100 bucks to get the robot spirits version.
@meadeslemicah And yet you've been saying you wanted that for like almost a year and you still haven't gotten it. :P
I have this
i hate the heads for them seed kits. its horribad with that nasty seam. a number of mg comes with that kinda head build with the seam right in half like the mkII 2.0 mg.
the HG strike rouge looks so ugly xD
