Green Tomato Jam

The yummiest tomato jam ever! I tripled this recipe in the video because I had 17 pounds of tomatoes.
Ingredients:
5 pounds green (or red) tomatoes
1 and 1/4 cup whit sugar, brown sugar or honey
1/2 cup lime juice
1 tbs salt
1 tsp ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg
1/2 tsp clove
1/2 tsp to 1 tbs red pepper flakes
